作者李亮亮,沈飞,王胜强,肖玮,王中(2019)在《外部涂层及包覆层对HAE装药快速烤燃实验的影响》一文中研究指出:为评估HAE(HMX基含铝炸药)装药的易损性,设计了不同外壳涂层及包覆层导热系数的烤燃弹结构,研究了炸药装药在快速烤燃条件下的响应特性,分析了不同外壳涂层材料(有机隔热层和高分子复合涂层)与不同导热系数的包覆层材料对HAE炸药装药快速烤燃时间及响应结果的影响。结果表明,外壳涂层及包覆层导热系数基本没有改变炸药装药的响应等级(均为燃烧或药柱喷出),主要影响破膜的时间及耐烤燃时间,使其较对比配方(外壳无涂层,包覆层为硅橡胶)有不同程度的延迟;有机涂层对炸药装药烤燃响应参数的影响不明显,烤燃弹的破膜时间和耐烤燃时间分别较对比配方延迟0.06min和0.12min,高分子复合涂层单独使用时可有效延长炸药装药的响应参数,烤燃弹的破膜时间和耐烤燃时间分别较对比配方延迟1.17min和2.81min;同时采用有机涂层和空心玻璃微球(HGMs)取代硅橡胶的包覆层后,炸药装药在压力膜破碎的同时被喷出,而采用高分子复合涂层/HGMs取代硅橡胶的包覆层后,炸药装药稳定燃烧。
Abstract
