作者郑周敏(2019)在《黄土高原不同封育年限草地土壤理化和生物学性质变化》一文中研究指出:草地作为黄土高原宝贵的自然资源,面临着极端气候和放牧活动的影响,草地退化加剧。退化草地实施封育措施有利于草地的自然恢复。本研究以黄土高原不同恢复年限的封育草地(10,25,35年)以及放牧草地为研究对象,测定分析样地表层土壤的理化以及生物学性质,探究土壤性质在植被恢复中的变化规律及其相关关系,为黄土高原退化草地的修复和管理提供一定的指导作用。结果表明:(1)长期封育显著地改变了土壤理化性质,随着封育年限的延长,土壤容重逐渐减小,土壤湿度逐渐增大,pH先升高后降低,硝态氮和速效磷含量都先降低后升高,而封育对铵态氮的影响不显著。封育显著影响土壤C、N、P含量,有机C、全N增加,而全P却降低。封育也显著增加土壤C:P、N:P,而对C:N无显著影响。(2)土壤有机碳与土壤湿度和全氮存在显著或极显著正相关,但与土壤容重存在极显著的负相关。全氮与硝态氮存在显著的负相关。全磷与土壤湿度存在显著负相关,而与土壤容重存在极显著正相关。土壤容重与土壤湿度存在极显著的负相关。土壤C:P与N:P、土壤湿度存在极显著的正相关,与全氮存在显著的正相关,与土壤容重存在极显著的负相关。土壤N:P与有机碳存在显著的正相关,而与硝态氮存在显著的负相关。(3)微生物量碳、氮随着封育时间的推移显著上升,封育35年减小或保持稳定。微生物量C:N随着封育的进行逐渐降低。微生物量C:N与土壤C:N并无显著关系。长期封育显著影响C:N不平衡性的变化,封育后期具有较高的不平衡性。而封育对微生物熵qMBC、qMBN无显著影响。(4)微生物量碳和微生物量氮间存在极显著的正相关,并且两者都与全氮含量存在极显著的正相关。微生物量氮与土壤湿度、有机碳存在显著的正相关,但与全磷存在显著的负相关。微生物量C:N与土壤容重、全磷存在极显著的正相关,而与土壤湿度、铵态氮、有机碳存在显著的负相关。(5)β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶(BG)、β-1,4-N-乙酰基氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)随封育时间的延长活性显著升高,而后显著降低。BG、NAG活性在封育25年达到最高,分别为244.57 nmol·g-1·h-1和36.48 nmol·g-1·h-1,AKP活性峰值出现在封育10年(498.04 nmol·g-1·h-1)。长期封育对三种酶的化学计量比有显著影响。BG:NAG恢复的前中期变化较为稳定,封育35年达到最高。而BG:AKP与NAG:AKP的走势都呈单峰型变化,最大值都出现在封育25年。(6)BG、NAG和AKP这三种酶活性之间存在显著或极显著的正相关。BG活性与有机碳、全氮和微生物氮存在极显著正相关,与土壤湿度和微生物量碳存在显著正相关,而与土壤容重及硝态氮存在显著负相关。NAG活性与微生物量碳存在极显著的正相关,与微生物量氮和全氮存在显著正相关,而与硝态氮存在极显著负相关。AKP活性与有机碳和全氮存在极显著的正相关,而与速效磷存在显著负相关。
