作者谢培梁(2019)在《水生生物及其组合净化水库水试验研究》一文中研究指出:辛安水库位于东营市溢洪河的下游。黄河水引入水库后,水流缓慢,水力停留时间较长,水体中氮、磷等营养物质易积累,水库出现富营养及藻类含量高的现象,造成水中溶解氧、pH、浊度和高锰酸盐指数等主要指标较地表水Ⅲ类水体均有不同程度的超标。影响了水库供水的安全性和可靠性。为了解决辛安水库水质问题,论文以辛安水库水为研究对象,进行了水生生物净化水库水的试验研究,考察了水生生物及组合对水库水主要指标的去除效果,研究内容与结果如下。(1)调查了2014年至2018年辛安水库水质情况,通过与《地表水环境质量标准》对比分析,得出CODMn、氨氮均处于Ⅱ类内,总磷处于Ⅲ类,总氮处于Ⅳ类,总体水质较差;2018年辛安水库富营养元素指标中总氮、总磷偏高,总氮处于Ⅲ类,总氮处于Ⅳ类,氨氮及CODMn均处于Ⅱ类。2018年辛安水库富营养化相关水质指标均处于Ⅱ类至Ⅳ类内,采用优势菌法评价法对2018年水体进行富营养化评价,得出全年处于处于中-富营养与富营养状态。(2)试验选用了水生底栖动物虾、蟹、河蚌、螺蛳,按照30g/m3、30g/m3、4只/m2、35只/m2密度分别进行试验,通过实验数据分析,底栖动物对各项水质指标去除有一定效果,其中河蚌、螺蛳较好。河蚌试验组中,TN由0.735mg/L降至0.569mg/L,TP由0.040mg/L降至0.032mg/L,NH3-N由0.380mg/L降至0.312mg/L,CODMn由3.354mg/L将至2.741mg/L,藻类密度由3526万个/L升高至5216万个/L;螺蛳试验组中TN由0.721mg/L降至0.566mg/L,TP由0.039mg/L降至0.032mg/L,NH3-N由0.381mg/L降至0.320mg/L,CODMn由3.362mg/L降至2.784mg/L,与同期空白试验组相比藻类密度较低,为5291万个/L。(3)浮水植物美人蕉、菖蒲、吊兰在40%覆盖率下进行试验,试验结果得出,美人蕉对水中各项水质指标及藻类的去除效果优于其他2种。水体中TN由0.716mg/L降至0.168mg/L,TP由0.039mg/L降至0.168mg/L,NH3-N由0.391mg/L降至0.133mg/L,CODMn由3.395mg/L降至2.201mg/L,与同期空白试验组相比藻类密度较低,为4466万个/L。(4)沉水植物轮叶黑藻、水蕴草、金鱼藻在120g/m2的密度进行试验,试验结果得出,轮叶黑藻组对水体中各项水质指标和藻类的去除的效果最好,TN由0.690mg/L降至0.158mg/L,TP由0.041mg/L降至0.013mg/L,NH3-N由0.395mg/L降至0.161mg/L,CODMn由3.381mg/L降至2.398mg/L,与同期空白试验组相比藻类密度较低,为4315万个/L。(5)底栖动物河蚌+螺蛳联合实验中,河蚌4只/m2、螺蛳35只/m2时对水体中各项水质指标与藻类的去除效果最好;TN由1.231mg/L降至0.816mg/L,TP由0.051mg/L降至0.034mg/L,NH3-N由1.039mg/L降至0.816mg/L,CODMn由5.987mg/L将至4.470mg/L,与同期空白试验组相比藻类密度较低,为1947万个/L。(6)水生植物美人蕉+轮叶黑藻联合试验中,美人蕉覆盖率40%、轮叶黑藻密度120g/m2时,对水体中各项水质指标与藻类的去除效果最为明显,TN由1.004mg/L降至0.183mg/L,TP由0.051mg/L降至0.009mg/L,NH3-N由0.977mg/L降至0.287mg/L,CODMn由6.060mg/L降至3.525mg/L,藻类密度由7329万个/L降低至至1540万个/L。(7)底栖动物河蚌+螺蛳与水生植物美人蕉+轮叶黑藻联合实验,美人蕉覆盖率为40%、轮叶黑藻密度为120g/m2、河蚌4只/m2、螺蛳35只/m2时,对水体中各项水质指标与藻类的去除效果最理想,TN由1.231mg/L将至0.256mg/L,TP由0.051mg/L降至0.008mg/L,NH3-N由1.040mg/L降至0.393mg/L,CODMn由6.010mg/L降至3.180mg/L,与同期空白试验组相比藻类密度较低,为1105万个/L。
