作者陈延儒(2019)在《采后硝普钠处理对苹果果实品质、莽草酸和苯丙烷代谢途径的影响》一文中研究指出:衰老和腐烂是加速苹果果实采后品质劣变和烂损的重要原因。硝普钠(SNP)是外源一氧化氮(NO)的供体,可通过还原反应自发分解并释放NO,是研究NO特性及功能的重要载体。本文以“富士”苹果果实为材料,采后经1.0 mmol/L的SNP溶液浸泡10 min,研究常温贮藏期间苹果果实品质指标、蔗糖代谢、莽草酸及苯丙烷代谢途径的变化。得到以下主要结果:1.采后SNP处理显著延缓了贮藏期间苹果果实呼吸高峰出现的时间,并降低了果实的呼吸强度;保持了较高的果实硬度、可滴定酸(TA)及抗坏血酸(AsA)的含量;减少了可溶性固形物含量(SSC)的消耗;并延缓了丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量的上升。但对果实的失重率没有显著影响。2.采后SNP处理显著抑制了苹果果实蔗糖代谢中转化酶和蔗糖合酶-分解方向(SS-c)活性,提高了蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合酶-合成方向(SS-s)活性以及蔗糖代谢酶净活性;SNP处理还上调了果实MdNI、蔗糖合酶(MdSS)和MdSPS基因的表达,同时还上调了己糖代谢中已糖激酶(MdHK)和果糖激酶(MdFK)基因的表达。3.采后SNP处理显著降低了损伤接种扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)苹果果实的病斑直径,并上调了莽草酸途径中3-脱氢奎尼酸合成酶(MdDHQS)、莽草酸脱氢酶(MdSKDH)、莽草酸激酶(MdSK)和5-烯醇式丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合酶(MdEPSPS)基因的表达;促进了贮藏前期莽草酸和色氨酸的积累,且提高了整个贮藏期间酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸的含量。4.采后SNP处理显著上调了苯丙烷代谢途径中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(MdPAL)、肉桂酰乙醇脱氢酶(MdC4H)、4-香豆酸辅酶A连接酶(Md4CL)及查尔酮异构酶(MdCHI)基因的表达,并提高了贮藏期间类黄酮、总酚和木质素的含量。这些结果表明,采后SNP处理可以通过调节苹果果实中蔗糖代谢相关酶活性和基因表达来延缓常温贮藏过程中果实品质的下降,并可以通过调控莽草酸和苯丙烷代谢途径以提高果实对青霉病的抗性。
