作者王智(2019)在《不同功能建筑室内微生物浓度水平及相关参数影响研究》一文中研究指出:微生物气溶胶浓度是评价空气品质的重要标准之一,目前我国已有关于大气微生物的评价建议标准,而针对不同类型建筑如图书馆、体育馆、实验室和医院等,其室内微生物气溶胶的评价标准、影响因素及暴露水平等相关研究较少。学校和医院是人员流量大且活动频繁的场所,这些场所室内的微生物污染水平影响着人群的身体健康。因此,深入研究学校和医院不同功能建筑室内微生物气溶胶的分布特征、影响因素及暴露水平,对改善室内微生物污染水平、保护人体健康及为室内微生物标准制定提供基础数据具有重要意义。鉴于此,本文通过对比分析不同采样时间和不同采样方法对微生物气溶胶测试结果产生的影响,优化了微生物气溶胶的采样方案,主要对学校及医院所属的不同功能建筑室内外的微生物气溶胶浓度进行测试,并同时测试了建筑室内外的温度、相对湿度、颗粒物、CO2和甲醛浓度。通过对所测数据的统计分析,研究了校园和医院不同场所室内微生物气溶胶的浓度和粒径分布特征,分析浓度分布与温湿度等环境参数的相关性,并对各场所室内不同人群的微生物暴露水平进行了评价,主要结论如下:(1)相比较于自然沉降法对微生物气溶胶的采样效果,撞击式采样法对环境的抗外扰能力较强,精确度和捕获效率相对较高,选择合理的采样方法和采样时间可以提高对微生物气溶胶的捕获效率。(2)校园不同功能建筑室内细菌气溶胶的浓度变化范围为(1173340)cfu/m3,真菌为(791145)cfu/m3;细菌与真菌浓度的比值B/F范围为0.0986.18。医院各场所室内细菌气溶胶的浓度变化范围为(82841)cfu/m3,真菌为(60354)cfu/m3;细菌与真菌浓度的比值B/F的范围为1.915.10。冬季大部分场所室内的B/F值大于1,细菌气溶胶浓度高于真菌,室内细菌的污染源强度高于真菌的污染源强度。(3)不同功能建筑室内细菌和真菌气溶胶在各粒径的浓度分布具有差异性。校园室内细菌气溶胶的中值直径范围为2.253.59μm,真菌为2.072.73μm;医院室内细菌气溶胶的中值直径范围为2.333.75μm,真菌为2.432.69μm。不同类型建筑室内的微生物气溶胶中值直径均小于室外。(4)医院和校园不同功能建筑室内的温度和相对湿度范围分别为16.523.1℃和12.327.2%,室内温湿度与细菌和真菌气溶胶浓度均无显著相关性;PM1、PM2.5和PM10的质量浓度范围分别为0.0030.075mg/m3,0.0050.085mg/m3和0.0130.100mg/m3,室内PM2.5、PM10浓度与细菌气溶胶浓度的Spearman相关系数分别为0.281和0.346,PM1、PM2.5浓度与室内真菌气溶胶浓度的Spearman相关系数分别为0.314、0.273,均呈显著正相关。(5)医院和校园不同功能建筑室内的CO2浓度范围为7041974ppm,室内CO2浓度与细菌气溶胶浓度呈显著正相关,Pearson相关系数为0.317,而与真菌气溶胶浓度无显著相关性;甲醛的浓度范围为0.020.10ppm,室内甲醛浓度与细菌和真菌气溶胶浓度呈不显著负相关。(6)室内环境参数之间具有相关性。温度与相对湿度、PM1均呈显著正相关,其Spearman相关系数分别为0.513、0.302;相对湿度与PM1、PM12.5呈显著正相关,其Spearman相关系数分别为0.539和0.438;CO2与温度、相对湿度、PM1及PM12.5均无显著相关性,与PM2.510呈显著正相关,其Spearman相关系数为0.350;PM1和PM2.5的线性拟合相关系数为0.994,PM2.5和PM10为0.911,颗粒物中PM1与PM2.5的相关性强于PM2.5与PM10的相关性。(7)细菌和真菌气溶胶对校园室内不同人群的日均潜在暴露量范围分别为9815878cfu/d和916323cfu/d;细菌和真菌气溶胶对医院各场所室内不同人群的日均潜在暴露量范围分别为1444183cfu/d和501601cfu/d。微生物气溶胶对校园和医院不同人群的日均潜在暴露量差异性较大,宿舍微生物气溶胶的日均潜在暴露量明显高于其他场所。(8)室内微生物气溶胶的浓度水平受空间结构布局、室内环境参数及人员活动情况等综合因素影响,各功能建筑内的微生物气溶胶浓度呈非均匀化分布,对其进行Kruskal-Wallis检验,得出显著性取值Sig<0.05,不同功能建筑室内微生物气溶胶的污染水平差异性显著,具有统计学意义。
