作者段昊(2019)在《REBCO高温超导带材机械及电磁力作用下层间剥离行为的数值模拟》一文中研究指出:REBCO二代高温超导带材,因其具有较高临界磁场、较高电流密度以及液氮环境下可实现超导态等显著优点,已成为超导科学与技术领域的研究热点,在交通、能源、医疗等现代化高新科学和技术领域中展现出诱人的潜力。然而,作为典型的多层电磁功能复合材料,其层间剥离失效,特别是电磁热多场环境下的力学性能严重影响其超导性能与应用。本文针对REBCO高温超导带材层间剥离力学失效行为,基于双线性内聚力本构关系发展并构建了力-电磁多场下带材剥离有限元模型,开展了横向机械拉伸荷载与电磁力作用下超导带材的应力分布与界面损伤破坏行为模拟,初步揭示了电磁场对超导带材剥离破坏行为的影响。首先,根据已有文献结果对本研究所构建的有限元模型结果进行了验证。结果显示:本文所构建有限元模型结果与已有结果吻合良好,该模型能够较为准确的模拟超导带材的剥离行为。在此基础上,基于有限元模型对超导带材在横向机械拉伸荷载作用下的剥离行为进行了数值模拟研究。结果显示:剥离区域对带材厚度方向的应力分布有显著影响,超导层厚度和铜层厚度变化对带材的等效剥离强度存在一定程度的影响。最后,基于有限元模型对超导带材在电磁力作用下的剥离行为进行了数值模拟研究。结果显示:电磁力大小与方向对带材剥离行为有较为明显的影响,即随着电磁力对带材层间剥离行为贡献的增加,带材等效剥离强度逐步降低,该结果不同于作用在带材表面且与电磁力等效的均布荷载对剥离行为的影响。
