作者崔鹤鑫(2019)在《一级绞缆结构力学行为实验研究》一文中研究指出:基于独特的空间螺旋特征,绳缆结构相较单一股线具有高的弹性模量和优异的抗拉强度,在日常生产生活中应用非常广泛,在一些新型智能结构与能源装置中也有重要的应用。如采用多股高分子材料绞缆而成的人工肌肉,因其结构轻盈、无应力滞后、能量密度高等特征成为现代智能结构研究的重要方向之一。另外,对于国际热核聚变实验堆(ITER)这种新能源装置,其所希冀的是通过管内电缆导体(CICC)绕制而成的超导磁体产生强磁场来约束高温等离子体的运动,进而实现可控的热核聚变。因此,CICC导体的力学行为直接决定了该大型装置的安全性和功能性设计。通常CICC导体是由近千根超导股线经4至5级绞缆,其中直径相同的2根超导股线和1根纯铜股线绞缆形成一级缆,之后3根一级缆再绞缆形成二级缆,依次类推,最终形成具有复杂空间结构的螺旋状绳缆结构。这样一级绞缆结构的力学行为分析成为了这种复杂结构力学行为预测的前提和基础。此外,在绞缆制备过程或运行工况下相互接触的股线会挤压产生大量的接触变形,而这种接触变形对股线力学行为的研究截至目前尚未见报道。本硕士学位论文以一级缆力学行为实验研究为主体,重点考虑一级缆结构的等效杨氏模量实验与理论预测,并实验研究了拉伸载荷作用下一级缆结构的退扭行为及接触变形对股线单元力学性能的影响,所开展的主要工作如下:首先,针对一级缆结构等效杨氏模量开展了实验和理论建模研究。在完成一级缆结构制备的基础上,通过循环加载方式消除线间空隙,得到了该结构的等效杨氏模量。实验结果表明:随着初始螺旋角的减小,等效杨氏模量随之减小。接着,将实验结果与经典的Costello理论进行对比分析,发现由于扭转残余应力的存在,Costello理论值与实验值之间存在较大误差。本论文先给出不同直径的一级缆结构扭转残余应变与初始螺旋角之间满足的统一线性关系表达式,再结合Costello理论模型建立了新的修正模型,其结果与实验结果定性定量吻合良好。其次,对一级缆结构在拉伸过程中的退扭行为开展了实验研究。自主设计并完成了一级缆结构拉伸过程中退扭行为的实验测试平台,通过该测试平台对六绕一钢绞线结构以及一级铜绞线结构进行了实验测量,分析了单位长度退扭角与轴向拉力之间的关系;同时完成了相同直径,不同初始螺旋角对拉伸过程中一级缆结构退扭行为的影响测量。最后,开展了预制接触变形(压痕)对股线单元的应力-应变曲线的影响实验研究。为避免电子万能试验机的夹头对股线试样产生损伤,自主设计并制作了配套夹具,保证了股线单元应力-应变曲线测量的准确度。随后,对含有压痕的Nb3Sn超导股线以及T2紫铜线应力-应变曲线开展实验测量,重点考虑了压痕深度和压痕个数对其影响。结果表明:随着压痕深度的增加,其应力-应变曲线的塑性区长度逐渐减小;当压痕深度达到某一临界值后,材料的塑性区消失,断裂应力逐渐降低。当压痕深度相同时,随着压痕个数的增加,断裂应力几乎保持不变,而塑性区长度随之增加。
