作者杨金鑫(2019)在《矿用超级电容电机车车载充电系统的研究》一文中研究指出:矿用电机车是煤矿井下重要的生产运输工具,大多采用铅酸蓄电池作为储能电源。铅酸蓄电池能量密度低、使用寿命短、维护成本高,由于酸性物质的挥发泄露还导致污染等问题,更重要的一点是,其充电时需要从电机车上拆下来运到专用机房进行充电,整个充电过程费时费力,大大降低了工作效率;充电电源大都采用晶闸管整流的相控电源,这类电源体积大、充电策略不合理,谐波含量高,电能质量低;直流电机作为驱动电机,虽然牵引性能良好,但是运行可靠性不高,后期维护成本高,而且采用能耗制动方式,大量电能消耗在制动电阻上,导致蓄电池频繁的充电,严重制约了其使用寿命和续航能力。针对上面提到的问题,课题开展矿用超级电容电机车车载充电系统的研究。课题首先分析了传统矿用电机车充电系统中存在的缺点和不足,改进了传统充电方式和充电策略。选择永磁同步电机代替直流电机,超级电容代替铅酸蓄电池作为储能电源;充电电路采用三相PWM整流电路和Buck型DC-DC变换电路串联结构,三相PWM整流电路作为前级,Buck型DC-DC电路作为后级,并建立数学模型;为实现车载充电,对永磁同步电机绕组进行重构,在定子绕组上增加电磁开关,充电状态下电磁开关得电,三相定子绕组两两断开,变成普通电感,作为PWM整流电路中的升压滤波电感。三相PWM整流电路采用的是电压电流双闭环前馈解耦控制策略,实现单位功率因数,输出高质量电能,Buck型DC-DC电路采用基于移相载波技术的直接电流控制和直接电压控制,主要将整流输出直流电压降低到合适的电压等级,控制超级电容充电,保证充电的高效、安全、稳定。其次分析了车载充电拓扑中超级电容的充电控制策略,提出分阶段恒流转恒压的充电控制策略,解决了传统充电方法速度慢、充电后期大电流容易损坏超级电容等缺点。最后,设计了车载充电控制系统的硬件结构和软件系统,并在MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件上搭建了仿真模型,做了相关实验进行验证。根据仿真和实验结果得出,矿用超级电容电机车车载充电系统满足正常工作需要,实现单位功率因数,电能质量高、稳定性好,Buck电路控制超级电容充电,符合矿用超级电容电机车快速、安全充电的要求。图[67] 表[3] 参[59]
