作者赵峯(2019)在《某型号切断式甘蔗联合收割机刮板输送臂的轻量化设计》一文中研究指出:随着农业机械化进程的不断推进,实现甘蔗产业的全面机械化得到了业界越来越多的关注,国外的甘蔗收获机械已经相对成熟,我国的甘蔗机械仍处于发展过程中,研制适应我国的特色的中小型甘蔗联合收割机已经成为当下最要紧的问题,但在国内甘蔗收割机行业中的机型却大多并不成熟,尚无法很好的适应我国的甘蔗主产地的丘陵地形。本文针对中小型切断式联合甘蔗收获机的提升装置为研究目标,首先通过测试试验方案对甘蔗材料的一部分工程常数进行试验研究,求得甘蔗与甘蔗之间的静摩擦系数为0.33,弹性碰撞恢复系数为0.50;甘蔗与钢铁之间的静摩擦系数为0.61,弹性碰撞恢复系数为0.55。然后将甘蔗段在提升运输过程中视作散体,通过离散元软件EDEM对甘蔗段在提升运输过程中对刮板输送臂的载荷谱进行研究分析,与在静力学分析情况下的在和工作情况进行了分析和对比,在甘蔗段的提升和输送过程中,静态研究分析的结果便于理论研究分析,而离散情况下的动态分析则更能贴合实际地描述和反映甘蔗段在刮板输送臂中的运动情况和载荷情况。使用有限元分析的方法对甘蔗刮板输送臂进行研究分析,通过Hypermesh软件对甘蔗刮板输送臂进行模型的的前处理工作,对甘蔗刮板输送臂的不同种工况依次进行研究分析,并将各种工况下分别导入到有限元模型对输送臂进行有限元分析,对现今甘蔗刮板输送臂模型进行分析评价。确定甘蔗段在提升与运输过程中所需要的输送空间,在保证不影响甘蔗段正常的提升运输情况下,建立刮板输送臂的拓扑优化空间,对刮板输送臂进行拓扑优化,通过拓扑优化重新对其横梁与加强筋进行布置,之后对筋板、横梁、侧梁、挡板等多部件进行尺寸优化。并将尺寸优化后的输送臂模型进行分析,最终使得对甘蔗刮板输送臂的整体质量由之前的1668kg变为1356kg,整机质量下降了18.7%,整机的应力分布情况也变得相对均匀,优化后的最大应力值由160.7Mpa变为158.3Mpa,与之前相比差距不大;最大相对位移由之前的4.193mm变为3.766mm,对整机运行影响不大。本文通过对运输甘蔗段的离散元分析,在运输过程中对切断式联合甘蔗收获机的提升装置刮板输送臂进行模拟仿真实验分析,而后通过拓扑优化和尺寸优化两种优化方法对其进行优化,起到了良好优化效果。
