作者杨琼(2019)在《燃煤锅炉CO排放特性的数值模拟》一文中研究指出:燃煤电厂多采用先进的低NOx燃烧器及炉内空气分级燃烧技术,以降低NOx的排放量。分级送风燃烧技术使得主燃烧器区域保持在缺氧、富燃料条件下燃烧,以控制NOx的生成。同时分级送风燃烧技术也会导致不完全燃烧或延迟燃烧现象,降低锅炉的燃烧效率。此外炉膛CO浓度升高且局部易出现峰值,易引发水冷壁的高温腐蚀问题。因此,研究燃煤锅炉中CO的生成机理及控制方法对提高火电机组运行经济性和环保性具有重要的工程价值。本文采用FLUENT数值模拟软件平台,以某400t/h四角切圆燃煤锅炉为研究对象,模拟炉膛燃烧的温度场和组分浓度场。由于本文以CO浓度为研究重点,因此为了较为准确地模拟出炉内CO的分布情况,加入改进的多步焦炭反应模型。为在不显著增加NOx生成的情况下,降低炉膛CO浓度,设计了两种燃烧改造方案,并模拟和分析了改造前后的流动与燃烧特性变化规律。第一种方案是通过改变单个燃烧器的水平角度来分析炉内的温度场,CO质量分数和NOx排放。通过优化调整,锅炉出口烟温降低,且有效地降低了 CO质量分数,同时也降低了炉膛NOx的排放浓度。第二种方案是在现有紧凑燃尽风(close-coupled overfire air,CCOFA)上部增加分离燃尽风(separated overfire air,SOFA),改变 CCOFA 与SOFA风配比以及SOFA风布置高度,以分析炉膛内温度、NOx浓度和CO浓度的变化规律。通过优化和调整,降低了炉膛出口处的烟气温度和NOx排放,有效降低了 CO出口浓度。两种方案均在一定程度上减少了煤粉不完全燃烧损失,避免燃烧区域出现高温腐蚀现象。说明调整燃烧器水平摆角和增设分离燃尽风是提高机组运行经济性和安全性的有效手段。
