作者王俊龙(2019)在《多元醇亚磷酸酯反应型阻燃剂的合成及应用研究》一文中研究指出:2003年,欧盟颁布了ROHS指令和WEEE法令,限制多种卤系阻燃剂如多溴联苯(PBB)和多溴二苯醚(PBDE)的使用,而磷系阻燃剂具有低烟且阻燃性能优异等特点,成为取代卤系阻燃剂的替代品。多元醇亚磷酸酯类阻燃剂是磷系阻燃剂的重要分支,在亚磷酸酯类阻燃剂上引入活性基团(如-OH、-NH2),作为反应型阻燃剂,添加在被阻燃材料当中,不仅阻燃性能优异,并克服阻燃剂在材料中析出及迁移等问题,在发挥阻燃作用的同时也具有抗氧化和增塑效果。并且与卤系阻燃剂相比阻燃性能持久高效且绿色环保。因此本文设计合成了三(乙二醇)亚磷酸酯、三(1,2-丙二醇)亚磷酸酯、三(一缩二丙二醇)亚磷酸酯(P430)、三(丙三醇)亚磷酸酯和三(2-羟基-3-(1-羟基乙氧基)丙基)亚磷酸酯(TPTPP)这5种重要的阻燃剂。并将TPTPP阻燃剂添加入聚氨酯硬泡的阻燃改性,研究的内容如下:文献报道合成三(乙二醇)亚磷酸酯、三(1,2-丙二醇)亚磷酸酯、P430、三(丙三醇)亚磷酸酯这四种多元醇亚磷酸酯阻燃剂的方法为以亚磷酸三乙酯或亚磷酸三苯酯为原料酯交换反应合成,但这两种方法存在能耗高,且产率低等问题。而本文以合成亚磷酸三乙酯和亚磷酸三苯酯的原料三氯化磷,分别和乙二醇1,2-丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、丙三醇为原料,四氢呋喃为溶剂,合成三(乙二醇)亚磷酸酯、三(1,2-丙二醇)亚磷酸酯、P430、三(丙三醇)亚磷酸酯这四种多元醇亚磷酸酯阻燃剂,通过正交优化实验及进一步优化实验,探究了缚酸剂、投料方式、反应温度和反应时间对反应产率的影响。较之前方法相比,能耗低,产率高,易工业生产。文献报道合成TPTPP亚磷酸酯的方法是:以亚磷酸三甲酯和1-过氧化氢基-3-(1-羟基乙氧基)丙-2-醇简称(HHP)为原料酯交换法合成目标产物,本文使用实验室自制离子液体催化剂,亚磷酸三甲酯和1-过氧化氢基-3-(1-羟基乙氧基)丙-2-醇简称(HHP)为原料酯交换法合成目标产物TPTPP,通过正交优化实验及进一步优化实验,探究了投料方式、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对反应产率及酸值的影响。较之前方法相比产率从86%提升至94.5%,且催化剂易分离。采用核磁共振,红外等方法对产品结构进行表征,并测试其酸值、羟值磷含量,并与标准产品进行对比。将制备的多元醇反应型阻燃剂亚磷酸酯阻燃剂TPTPP添加到硬质聚氨酯泡沫中,对材料的发泡性能、阻燃性能、力学性能、及热老化后各项性能进行测试。

2003nian ,ou meng ban bu le ROHSzhi ling he WEEEfa ling ,xian zhi duo chong lu ji zu ran ji ru duo xiu lian ben (PBB)he duo xiu er ben mi (PBDE)de shi yong ,er lin ji zu ran ji ju you di yan ju zu ran xing neng you yi deng te dian ,cheng wei qu dai lu ji zu ran ji de ti dai pin 。duo yuan chun ya lin suan zhi lei zu ran ji shi lin ji zu ran ji de chong yao fen zhi ,zai ya lin suan zhi lei zu ran ji shang yin ru huo xing ji tuan (ru -OH、-NH2),zuo wei fan ying xing zu ran ji ,tian jia zai bei zu ran cai liao dang zhong ,bu jin zu ran xing neng you yi ,bing ke fu zu ran ji zai cai liao zhong xi chu ji qian yi deng wen ti ,zai fa hui zu ran zuo yong de tong shi ye ju you kang yang hua he zeng su xiao guo 。bing ju yu lu ji zu ran ji xiang bi zu ran xing neng chi jiu gao xiao ju lu se huan bao 。yin ci ben wen she ji ge cheng le san (yi er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、san (1,2-bing er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、san (yi su er bing er chun )ya lin suan zhi (P430)、san (bing san chun )ya lin suan zhi he san (2-qiang ji -3-(1-qiang ji yi yang ji )bing ji )ya lin suan zhi (TPTPP)zhe 5chong chong yao de zu ran ji 。bing jiang TPTPPzu ran ji tian jia ru ju an zhi ying pao de zu ran gai xing ,yan jiu de nei rong ru xia :wen suo bao dao ge cheng san (yi er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、san (1,2-bing er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、P430、san (bing san chun )ya lin suan zhi zhe si chong duo yuan chun ya lin suan zhi zu ran ji de fang fa wei yi ya lin suan san yi zhi huo ya lin suan san ben zhi wei yuan liao zhi jiao huan fan ying ge cheng ,dan zhe liang chong fang fa cun zai neng hao gao ,ju chan lv di deng wen ti 。er ben wen yi ge cheng ya lin suan san yi zhi he ya lin suan san ben zhi de yuan liao san lv hua lin ,fen bie he yi er chun 1,2-bing er chun 、yi su er bing er chun 、bing san chun wei yuan liao ,si qing fu nan wei rong ji ,ge cheng san (yi er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、san (1,2-bing er chun )ya lin suan zhi 、P430、san (bing san chun )ya lin suan zhi zhe si chong duo yuan chun ya lin suan zhi zu ran ji ,tong guo zheng jiao you hua shi yan ji jin yi bu you hua shi yan ,tan jiu le fu suan ji 、tou liao fang shi 、fan ying wen du he fan ying shi jian dui fan ying chan lv de ying xiang 。jiao zhi qian fang fa xiang bi ,neng hao di ,chan lv gao ,yi gong ye sheng chan 。wen suo bao dao ge cheng TPTPPya lin suan zhi de fang fa shi :yi ya lin suan san jia zhi he 1-guo yang hua qing ji -3-(1-qiang ji yi yang ji )bing -2-chun jian chen (HHP)wei yuan liao zhi jiao huan fa ge cheng mu biao chan wu ,ben wen shi yong shi yan shi zi zhi li zi ye ti cui hua ji ,ya lin suan san jia zhi he 1-guo yang hua qing ji -3-(1-qiang ji yi yang ji )bing -2-chun jian chen (HHP)wei yuan liao zhi jiao huan fa ge cheng mu biao chan wu TPTPP,tong guo zheng jiao you hua shi yan ji jin yi bu you hua shi yan ,tan jiu le tou liao fang shi 、fan ying wen du 、fan ying shi jian he cui hua ji yong liang dui fan ying chan lv ji suan zhi de ying xiang 。jiao zhi qian fang fa xiang bi chan lv cong 86%di sheng zhi 94.5%,ju cui hua ji yi fen li 。cai yong he ci gong zhen ,gong wai deng fang fa dui chan pin jie gou jin hang biao zheng ,bing ce shi ji suan zhi 、qiang zhi lin han liang ,bing yu biao zhun chan pin jin hang dui bi 。jiang zhi bei de duo yuan chun fan ying xing zu ran ji ya lin suan zhi zu ran ji TPTPPtian jia dao ying zhi ju an zhi pao mo zhong ,dui cai liao de fa pao xing neng 、zu ran xing neng 、li xue xing neng 、ji re lao hua hou ge xiang xing neng jin hang ce shi 。
