作者王明月(2019)在《MBR系统对黑水/灰水中污染物质处理效果研究》一文中研究指出:我国传统的集中式污水处理系统往往以污水的安全排放为目的,具有水质条件复杂、运行能耗高,资源回收利用率低等弊端。而基于源分离的分质污水处理系统将污水视为一种可再生的资源,根据不同污水中所含污染物质特征的不同,为其选择更具针对性且经济高效的处理工艺,具有运行能耗低,资源回收利用率高等特点,可间接的缓解水资源短缺问题。目前,国内外专家学者对分质污水处理系统运行效果的探索多集中于对其脱氮除磷性能的研究,而对于其它有机、无机污染物质的研究则缺乏实践性数据,但这部分污染物质(如Cl-、SO42-、DOM等)若得不到有效的去除,同样会对再生水的水质造成不利影响。因此本文以青岛市某分质污水处理示范工程为研究对象,通过研究MBR系统对黑水、灰水中无机、有机污染物及生物毒性的去除能力,探究黑水、灰水在MBR处理过程中各污染物质的迁移与变化规律。主要研究结果如下:(1)MBR系统对黑水/灰水中常规污染物的去除效果研究表明,黑水处理系统可有效降低其进水中COD、NH3-N、TP、总铁的含量,去除率分别为97.28%、96.44%、98.37%及88.37%,而对TN、总锰、总硬度、TDS、Cl-、SO42-的去除能力有限;灰水处理系统可有效去除其进水所含的COD、TN、NH3-N、总铁,去除率分别为95.32%、79.5%、97.61%及86.11%,而对TP、总锰、总硬度、TDS、Cl-、SO42-的去除能力有限。经处理后,黑水出水中COD、TN、NH3-N、TDS、Cl-的浓度及拉森指数(LI)均高于灰水出水,总铁、总锰、总硬度及SO42-的浓度与灰水出水相差不大,TP的浓度及总碱度低于灰水出水。就各常规污染物的含量而言,与黑水相比,灰水可采用更为简单的处理工艺得到更好的出水水质,因而更适于再生回用。(2)MBR处理过程中黑水/灰水DOM的紫外光谱及荧光光谱变化研究表明,黑水原水的UV254值与E4/E6值均高于灰水原水,而SUVA值低于灰水原水。在MBR处理过程中,黑水、灰水的UV254值逐渐降低,而SUVA值与E4/E6值逐渐升高。经处理后,黑水出水的UV254值、SUVA值及E4/E6值均高于灰水出水。黑水原水与灰水原水的荧光光谱图中均存在2个明显的荧光峰,分别为可见区类色氨酸峰与类腐殖酸峰,在MBR处理过程中,黑水、灰水的类色氨酸峰均消失,类腐殖酸峰的荧光强度分别降低了38.4%与37.83%,经处理后,黑水出水中类腐殖酸峰的荧光强度高于灰水出水。(3)MBR处理过程中黑水/灰水DOM的分子量分布及亲疏水性分布变化研究表明,黑水、灰水原水中的DOM均以分子量<1kDa和>100kDa的物质为主,MBR系统对黑水、灰水中分子量>100kDa的DOM均具有较好的去除效果,而对难降解的小分子DOM去除能力相对较弱,经处理后,黑水、灰水出水中DOM均主要由分子量<3kDa的有机物组成。黑水原水中的DOM主要由中性亲水有机物(N-HPI)和强疏水性有机物(HPO)构成,灰水原水中DOM主要由HPO组分构成。MBR系统可有效去除黑水中的N-HPI,经处理后,黑水、灰水出水中的DOM均主要由疏水性物质构成,且黑水出水中疏水性DOM的含量多于灰水出水。(4)MBR处理过程中黑水/灰水的生物毒性变化研究表明,MBR工艺可在一定程度上降低黑水与灰水的遗传毒性,在处理过程中,黑水、灰水的微核千分率(MCN)及污染指数(PI)逐渐下降,有丝分裂指数(MI)逐渐升高,经处理后,黑水出水的遗传毒性高于灰水出水。黑水原水对小麦、大豆种子的发芽具有抑制作用,灰水原水对小麦种子的发芽具有抑制作用,但对大豆种子的发芽具有促进作用。经MBR处理后,灰水出水对小麦、大豆种子的发芽均具有抑制作用,黑水出水对大豆种子的发芽具有抑制作用,但对小麦种子的发芽具有促进作用。
