作者(2019)在《Ceramic and Ceramic-polymer Composite Membranes Based on Silicon Nitride Hollow Fibers》一文中研究指出:含油废水是石油、天然气、石化、食品、纺织、医药等行业产生的主要废水之一。近十年来,随着产出水量的增加,废水向环境的排放已成为世界各国面临的一个重大问题。目前已经引入了不同的物理、化学和生物处理工艺,并将其应用于污水中有机-无机污染物的净化和分离。然而,从废水中分离和除去具有小尺寸分布的悬浮油颗粒和溶解的污染物仍然是传统处理工艺面临的挑战。此外,许多化学处理过程代价昂贵,会产生有害副产物和污泥。进料浓度和特性的变化直接影响到净化后的纯水质量。本文介绍了一种与废水质量无关的合适的、低成本的膜分离技术。我们制备了基于聚合物和陶瓷材料的不同膜结构并用于废水处理。与聚合物膜相比,具有显著结构稳定性的陶瓷基膜受到工业界的关注。陶瓷膜通常是在金属氧化物陶瓷的基础上制备的。氮化硅等非氧化物陶瓷基材料研究较少。本文制备了氮化硅基中空纤维膜,并对其进行了各种优化,可用于含油废水的交叉流微滤。具体来说,本文研究了氮化硅中空纤维膜的膜结构的调整对含油废水常规交叉流过滤和膜污染特性的影响,讨论了二氧化硅纳米颗粒亲水性修饰用于有效油水分离。此外,氮化硅中空纤维作为一种高强度的基底材料,被成功地用作制备新型聚酰胺纳米复合膜的基底。通过将新型功能化纳米颗粒和二维氧化石墨烯基纳米杂化物和纳米复合物掺入纳米滤膜的聚酰胺活性层中,制备了新型纳米过滤膜,并成功地用于海水淡化和有机溶剂纳滤。本论文分为以下几章:1.第一章介绍了传统的废水处理工艺。主要讨论了膜分离技术的相关概念:包括用于水过滤的常用压力驱动膜、膜制造用材料(包括有机和无机物质)、膜制造方法、膜组件配置、过滤工艺配置、浓差极化和膜污染问题等。2.第二章考虑流体动力粘性成指状孔现象,对氮化硅(Si3N4)中空纤维膜进行了显微结构调控。研究了溶剂、气隙和内混凝剂用量对指状/海绵层厚度比、孔隙率、弯曲强度、孔径分布和水渗透性的影响。通过优化制备参数来控制膜的显微结构,以实现最终功能应用所需的纤维结构。3.第三章通过实验确定了跨膜压力(TMP)、进料流量(FFR)和进料乳液的酸碱度对分离性能的影响。在高压和高进料流速下,油滴在过滤过程中的离解变形增加了膜污染。基于标准孔隙阻塞模型研究了污染现象。此外,还发现Si3N4中空纤维表面电荷和进料乳液zeta电位的pH值是影响分离效率的一个重要因素。4..第4章通过溶胶-凝胶法,使用不同浓度的正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS),实现了在Si3N4中空纤维膜外表面均匀沉积Si02纳米颗粒。在溶胶-凝胶过程中,当TEOS浓度最高时,生成的Si02纳米颗粒完全覆盖了膜表面,从而新形成了一个平滑的选择性过滤层。它降低了膜的表面粗糙度,提高了膜的表面亲水性。这些特性显著地提高了膜的选择性,特别是在亚微米污染物的情况下,并抑制了油水分离过程中的结垢现象。5.第五章以间苯二胺水溶液和1,3,5-二苯三羰基三氯有机溶液在聚醚砜/氮化硅复合中空纤维基体上原位界面聚合制备了新型薄膜复合材料(TFC)和纳米复合材料(TFN)膜。通过对氨基苯酚对二氧化硅纳米粒子(MSNPs)的氨基功能化改善了纳米粒子与聚酰胺活性层的相容性,并减少了界面聚合过程中的团聚形成,从而成功地制备了高质量的TFN膜。由于改性纳米颗粒表面存在亲水性胺基(-NH2),因此加入功能化纳米颗粒可显著提高TFN的亲水性。6.第6章合成了修饰有Ti02纳米粒子(TiO2@rGO)的氧化石墨烯基纳米复合物,并将其掺入TFN膜中,获得具有防污性能的有效有机溶剂纳滤膜(OSN)。与可控的复合膜和掺入氧化石墨烯(GO)的TFN膜相比,Ti02@rGO掺入的TFN膜显示出很高的渗透性和防污特性。GO纳米片结构有利于溶剂通道化,而Ti02具有超亲水性,这两种结构都使超渗透亲水OSN膜具有高结构稳定性和优良防污性能。7.第7章通过将还原的氧化石墨烯@Ti02@Ag(rGO@Ti02@Ag)加入到聚酰胺活性层中,制备了一种多功能薄膜纳米复合膜(MTFN),从而获得了高脱盐性能、染料保留和抗菌性能。利用微波辅助辐照工艺合成的石墨烯基纳米复合材料的特殊特性,有利于水的通道化,为MTFN膜提供了超亲水性和抗菌性。水接触角证实了MTFN膜具有优异的表面亲水性。在与MTFN膜接触3小时后,活细菌(大肠杆菌)数量减少90%,证实了所制备的膜具有良好的抗菌活性。8.第八章进行了全文总结。
