作者王秀枝(2019)在《盘类零件振动抛磨理论与实验研究》一文中研究指出:在《中国制造2025》时代大背景下,制造业对零件表面质量提出了越来越高的要求。新的需求背景下,如何应对零件表面质量改善的挑战是摆在科研工作者面前不得不克服的难题。盘类零件作为一类常用典型零件,用途十分广泛。以航空发动机盘类零件、高端汽车轮毂为典型代表的盘类零件通常结构趋于复杂化和多样化,性能要求优越,且外观追求美观复杂的空间曲面,给零件表面质量的改善带来了巨大困难,不但要求加工后表面粗糙度降低,而且要求加工必须均匀、光顺,汽车轮毂对光亮度也提出了较高要求。因此,本论文进行盘类零件表面质量提升相关技术研究,具体研究内容如下:以立式振动抛磨为研究对象,应用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了振动抛磨系统的多体动力学模型,应用EDEM离散元分析软件模拟振动抛磨加工过程中磨块颗粒激振流场体系的行为特征,并通过耦合工具EALink将EDEM和ADAMS搭建了离散颗粒与结构动力学协同仿真平台,实现了结构动力约束颗粒流场和颗粒流场影响结构动力特征的双向动力学求解计算。以验证仿真结果为目标,搭建了振动系统动力学特性测试实验平台,并对仿真结果进行了验证分析。通过加工效果评价指标的实测与分析验证了仿真参数设置的合理性,进而验证了振动抛磨加工系统联合仿真的正确性。以研究立式振动抛磨器壁的不均匀问题为出发点,进行了小型薄壁片状类零件的贴壁式振动抛磨加工实验研究。对小型薄壁片状类零件的贴壁式振动抛磨加工技术进行了研究。对比自由式与贴壁式加工试件表面粗糙度值,确定了贴壁式振动抛磨加工的优势和贴壁式加工的相对最佳加工位置。基于仿真和实验研究发现的现象,提出了振动抛磨中的“器壁效应”,并对其内涵进行了界定。以瀑布式水平一维振动抛磨设备为研究对象,建立了设备激振系统动力学模型,在此基础上面向瀑布式水平一维振动抛磨设备分析的需求,对双激振器的振动同步理论进行了初步分析,同时分析了双质体结构激振位移传递率。在此基础上提出了五质体对称双工位水平间接振动抛磨设备结构方案并建立了其动力学模型,为新型振动抛磨光整设备的研发提供了设计理论依据。以零件表面粗糙度一致性作为评价指标,采用瀑布式水平一维振动抛磨设备,进行了加工实验研究,发现了该加工方法存在加工表面粗糙度不一致现象,进一步证实了振动抛磨中存在的“器壁效应”。以水平一维振动抛磨为研究对象,搭建了磨块颗粒对工件作用力和磨块颗粒速度的测试装置,得出器壁不同位置处磨块颗粒对器壁的接触力以及磨块颗粒的速度,并与仿真结果进行了对比。通过田口试验设计方法设计了离散元仿真试验,得出了不同参数下磨块颗粒速度、接触力和磨损量规律,并研究了振动方向上器壁间距和容器底部开口对振动抛磨的影响。相关研究结论可为工程中提出新工艺提供参考依据。研发了基于气动激振器的一维水平振动抛磨实验样机,并对研发的设备进行了振动特性实验测试。测试结果表明,通过改变激振器的供气压力和排气流量可以实现对加工过程振动频率和振幅的改变;进行了供气压力对振幅及振幅输出稳定性、对频率及频率稳定性影响的测试。通过改变板式弹簧的厚度和长度可以实现供气压力和排气流量一定的情况下对输出振幅的调整。同时对腰型减振器的减振效果进行了测试,研究表明腰型减振器实现了对振动的有效隔离,验证了设计的正确性。以工程问题为出发点,基于离散元法对航空发动机盘类零件分别进行振动式、回转式和离心式三种滚磨光整加工方案的模拟分析,得出在一定条件下,振动式滚磨光整加工比回转式和离心式滚磨光整加工的加工一致性明显要好。针对高端汽车轮毂在一维水平振动抛磨时出现的加工不均匀现象,提出振动回转复合和重构器壁的两种抛磨解决方案。通过仿真分析得出振动回转复合的方案对轮毂的抛磨效果改善明显,并以此为依据提出了一种轮毂旋振抛磨加工装置结构方案。另外,通过加工试验验证了采用重构器壁方案改善轮毂加工不一致性的可行性。
