作者张洁(2019)在《激光切割机床龙门梁动态特性及切割工艺参数研究》一文中研究指出:激光切割凭借传统机械切割方式所不具备的优势,能够实现对复杂结构、高熔点、高硬脆性等金属和非金属材料进行快速切割,在工程机械、汽车制造、矿山机械、玻璃切割、皮革塑料制品等多个行业有着广泛应用。国内激光切割机床的市场需求每年以20%以上的速度增长,但当前国内激光切割机床与国外同类产品还是有一定差距的,在大工作量程、高稳定性和柔性切割的激光切割机床质量和激光切割工艺水平上述还存在很多不足。制造业的快速发展对激光切割机床质量和切割工艺提出了更高的要求,但目前国内激光切割机床设计很多还停留在传统的设计和经验设计层面,现代设计方法运用较少,激光切割精度低、结构设计不合理、强度不足或过度富余、能耗和体积大等问题。同时激光切割范围和切割精度的要求越来越苛刻,对于激光切割质量的评价标准都是根据经验和肉眼观察,关于激光切割工艺参数对切缝宽度、挂渣量、切割断面粗糙度的影响规律模型的研究较少。因此合理设计和系统分析龙门式激光切割机床的静动态特性及关键零部件的受力状态,对龙门式激光切割机床的研制和性能提升很有必要,同时数值模拟各激光切割工艺参数对镁合金切割质量的影响对提升激光切割镁合金的质量和推广镁合金的应用也有重要意义。本课题针对龙门式激光切割机床和切割工艺参数存在的问题,开展的主要研究内容如下:(1)龙门式激光切割机床三维模型的创建。在分析机床结构和工作装置组成部分的基础上,查阅龙门式机床的相关资料和参数,在Creo中创建龙门式激光切割机床的床身、龙门梁等关键部件,并对机床上的各导轨、丝杠和电机进行校核和计算,最后完成整个龙门式机床的装配。(2)龙门式激光切割机床的有限元分析。研究龙门式机床的实际工况和受力分析,将创建的三维模型导入到ANSYS分析软件中,创建机床床身、龙门梁的有限元模型,然后对激光切割机床的床身、龙门梁的力学分析、模态分析及龙门梁优化分析。有限元分析结果表明机床床身及龙门梁最大变形量分别为0.140E-4mm和0.0107mm,均满足设计要求。床身及龙门梁最大应力分别为10.2MPa和12.906MPa,远小于Q345碳钢的许用应力。机床床身及龙门梁模态分固有频率远大于工作频率,表现出了极大的刚度并存在一定优化的空间。(3)激光切割镁合金工艺参数数值模拟。采用ANSYS软件数值模拟研究了激光切割AZ91镁合金在不同工艺参数的温度场分布,综合考虑了镁合金切割过程非线性的热物性参数、移动体热源加载及实际工况相符合的边界条件等,通过软件命令流编程实现移动高斯体热源循环加载。根据分析不同激光功率、切割速度、光斑直径下的激光切割温度计算结果,确定了功率、速度和光斑对镁合金切割温度场的影响规律,当切割功率在700W、速度在30mm/s时有最小的切缝宽度和最佳的温度场分布。(4)激光切割镁合金实验。在数值模拟和理论分析的基础上开展了镁合金激光切割试验,研究了不同激光功率、切割速度、焦点位置和辅助气体压力下的镁合金激光切割。分析了激光切割的镁合金切缝宽度、切缝形貌、挂渣量、断面粗糙度及切缝金相组织。得出当激光功率为750W、切割速度为27mm/s、焦点位置为-2mm、辅助气体压力为0.45MPa时,切缝宽度最小且切缝处平滑光整,此切割参数下切割质量最佳。本论文开展的激光切割机床和激光切割工艺参数研究,立足实际激光切割工况,对提升机床产品质量和优化切割工艺参数具有较好实践意义和应用价值。
Abstract
