作者张龙龙(2019)在《磁粒研磨孔棱边毛刺的机理与试验研究》一文中研究指出:装备制造业的高速发展对机械零部件提出更高的技术要求,不断提高,而制孔作为一种非常普遍的加工工艺广泛应用于制造多种机械零件。当前的制孔方式主要有钻削、铣削、镗削、电火花制孔和激光制孔等,钻削和铣削制孔技术在航空航天领域应用最为广泛,但这些加工形式都会使得孔的出口和入口产生一定的毛刺,毛刺会对未来产品的装配带来极大隐患,所以必须要去除。目前,多采用人工研磨的方式对孔棱边毛刺进行去除,因孔的数量多,使得该工序的任务最为繁重,且人工方法很难保证毛刺的去除效率和去除质量,毛刺去除的一致性也比较差。且研磨方法将直接影响到孔的表面质量。磁粒研磨法对表面材料进行光整加工时具备“尖点效应”的优点,能够快速对孔棱边毛刺实现优先去除。本课题研究内容基于磁粒研磨的加工机理,提出了规划研磨路径的方式来提高棱边毛刺去除效率的新方法,通过对研磨工艺参数进行了研究分析,来提高棱边毛刺去除质量。选取了两种典型毛刺,平面孔棱边毛刺和十字交叉孔棱边毛刺作为主要研究对象。对TC4平面孔棱边毛刺进行研磨去除时,本文设计了两种不同的研磨加工方案,对孔棱边毛刺进行了可行性的试验研究;对Al 7075交叉孔相贯线处毛刺进行研磨去除时,讨论了研磨轨迹、磁极开槽方式对研磨的影响。实验结果以表面形貌、毛刺高度、表面粗糙度为主要评价指标。主要的研究结论为:(1)磁粒研磨去除TC4平面孔棱边毛刺的研究时,首先提出了两种不同的磁粒研磨去除方式,并分别利用ANSOFT软件对磁极进行了磁场模拟分析;同时利用ANSYS软件对孔棱边毛刺所受磁性颗粒的切削压力进行了有限元模拟;并对研磨加工过程中的孔棱边毛刺受力进行分析;进一步确认了实验研究的可行性,并提供了理论基础。采用响应面法规划了Box-Behnken试验,研究了试验中的主要研磨工艺参数,设计完成优化试验,包括磁极转速、磁粒粒径、研磨液填充量,得出了研磨工艺参数对试验结果的影响规律,大幅提高了平面孔出口棱边毛刺的去除效率;对比了传统研磨方法与改进后的研磨方法下的孔表面形貌,结果证实了磁极公转运动下的磁粒研磨孔表面形貌更加理想,研磨质量更好。(2)磁粒研磨对Al 7075交叉孔相贯线处棱边毛刺研究时,首先提出了两种研磨轨迹形式,分别利用ANSOFT软件对磁极进行了磁场模拟分析;改善磁极的形状结构,提高磁场分布;通过一系列实验研究,找到了交叉孔棱边毛刺去除的最佳工艺参数,毛刺完全被去除,孔内壁微观形貌大幅改善。
