作者邓迁(2019)在《拉曼激光雷达水汽探测自标定方法研究与全固态系统研制》一文中研究指出:地球大气中水汽的含量仅仅占整个空气体积比的0.1%~3%,但是水汽时空变化十分活跃,是地球大气中重要的温室气体之一,并且在全球水循环、天气系统、大气物理化学变化等过程中起着十分重要的作用。拉曼激光雷达可以探测水汽垂直分布廓线,具有探测精度高,时空分辨率高,能够连续探测等优点,但是其测量结果需要标定,现有标定方法(如无线电探空仪、GPS、微波辐射计等)不能满足当前对水汽长期高精度测量的要求,目前水汽拉曼激光雷达的标定已经成为限制该技术被广泛应用的瓶颈;传统水汽拉曼激光雷达通常采用高能量水冷激光器,体积和功耗较大,不利于小型集成化设计,且水冷激光器需要经常换水和氙灯,维护不便,这也限制了拉曼激光雷达水汽探测的应用场景。本文着重于水汽混合比双波长自标定方法研究和全固态拉曼激光雷达系统研制这两方面开展研究工作,主要内容如下:(1)水汽探测综述以及水汽拉曼激光雷达仿真。概述了大气水汽性质及其重要性,总结了大气水汽的分布及其变化特征,对常见的水汽探测方法进行了简要分析,并列举了国内外典型水汽探测拉曼激光雷达的研究进展;介绍了激光雷达基础理论,给出了水汽探测相关的物理参数及其转化关系,推导出拉曼散射频移和散射截面,结合已有的大气模型和回波信号模型,模拟计算得到水汽拉曼激光雷达回波信号,并根据拉曼激光雷达噪声模型给出了信噪比计算公式,依照信噪比公式,基于matlab平台设计了水汽探测拉曼激光雷达选型仿真软件,为确定拉曼激光雷达的技术参数和总体结构,了解其探测水汽的性能提供了参考。(2)拉曼激光雷达双波长自标定方法研究。详细论述了双波长自标定方法:通过对水汽拉曼激光雷达进行适当的改进,使其水汽拉曼通道能够分时测量空气分子的瑞利散射回波信号,并结合氮气拉曼通道测量的氮气分子的拉曼散射回波信号,计算得到未标定的大气中氮气混合比。根据大气中氮气混合比是已知的,从而推导出水汽混合比标定系数只与滤光片透过率比值以及后向散射截面比值有关,通过计算得到拉曼激光雷达测量水汽混合比的标定常数,此即为双波长自标定方法。为了验证该标定方法正确性,搭建了双波长拉曼激光雷达水汽探测实验平台,并开展了与无线电探空仪水汽探测对比实验,最后给出了数据处理和反演算法,测量结果表明:氮气混合比的标定常数为0.545±0.031,相对误差为5.7%,标定后的水汽混合比与无线电探空仪测量的水汽混合比数据一致性较好,验证了水汽混合比双波长自标定方法的正确性,说明双波长拉曼激光雷达系统具有实现水汽混合比自标定的能力。(3)全固态拉曼激光雷达系统研制与标定。研制了一台集成度非常高的全固态紫外拉曼激光雷达水汽探测系统,能够昼夜连续测量水汽的时空分布,白天和晚上的有效探测高度分别达到了2km和5km,水汽混合比测量误差小于10%。全固态设计使该激光雷达系统有很好的环境适应性,并且操作和维护非常简单,非常适用于长期的外场测量试验。高集成度的结构设计,使其能够安装在一个扫描叉架上,实现对半球天空中的水汽分布进行扫描探测。并且利用双波长自标定激光雷达进行了传递标定,标定结果与无线电探空仪进行了对比,进一步验证了双波长自标定方法不同波长的适用性。(4)高重频全固态拉曼激光雷达水汽探测初步探索。在双波长自标定拉曼激光雷达系统上进行改进,采用高重频全固态双波段激光器代替原有水冷Nd:YAG激光器,并且采用高速光子计数卡采集,初步获得了有效数据,夜晚探测高度可达2km,验证了高重频全固态拉曼激光雷达系统方案可行。
