作者宋玉娟(2019)在《棘孢木霉T-6对烟草的促生抗病作用》一文中研究指出:烟草黑胫病、根黑腐病和赤星病分别由烟草疫霉(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)、基生根串珠霉(Thielaviopsis basicola)和链格孢(Alternaria alternata)引起,是烟草生产上的主要病害,严重影响烟草的产量和品质。目前烟草病害的防治主要依赖于药剂防治,虽然有一定的防效,但是长期使用化学药剂防治使其产生抗药性、农药残留等。木霉菌是一类重要的资源真菌,它作为一种生防菌对多种植物的病原菌都有一定的防治作用,但是缺乏同一种木霉菌对烟草不同病害防治的报道。本文通过对峙培养和盆栽试验测定了棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)T-6对烟草的促生长作用以及对烟草黑胫病、根黑腐病、赤星病的生防效果,研究结果如下:1、通过平板对峙试验表明,棘孢木霉T-6对烟草黑胫病菌、根黑腐病菌和赤星病菌都能产生抑制作用,抑制率分别达49.62%、59.23%、51.18%。培养至第7 d,棘孢木霉T-6将三种病原菌菌落覆盖。2、棘孢木霉T-6对烟草的促生长试验表明,经过棘孢木霉T-6孢子悬浮液处理过的烟草在根长、株高、鲜重、干重都有显著的增加,而茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽没有显著的变化。当孢子浓度为1×10~8spores/mL时促生效果较好,根长、株高、干重、鲜重分别增加了58.14%、32.21%、67.65%、77.44%。3、盆栽试验表明棘孢木霉T-6孢子悬浮液对烟草黑胫病的防治效果达到74.45%,发病率比对照降低48.05%;对烟草根黑腐病的防治效果达到75.14%,发病率比对照降低52.01%。对烟草赤星病的防治效果为26.80%,发病率之间没有显著差异,仅病斑直径大小有显著差异。4、棘孢木霉T-6孢子悬浮液处理土壤后能够提高烟草体内的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,在第6 d时对叶绿素含量的影响最为显著,比对照增加50.63%,在第10 d时对类胡萝卜素的含量影响最为显著,比对照增加57.46%;烟草的根系活力也有显著提高,在第4 d时处理的根系活力达到最大值,比对照增加50.82%。烟草体内过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)这三种防御酶的活性也有显著的提高,酶活性达到峰值时分别比对照增加47.26%、27.52%、46.78%。上述结果表明,棘孢木霉T-6的孢子悬浮液能够增加烟草体内叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,提高烟草的根系活力,促进烟草生长;还能够诱导烟草体内POD、SOD、CAT三种防御酶的活性,有效的防治烟草根部病害黑胫病和根黑腐病,但是对烟草叶部病害赤星病的防治效果不明显。
Abstract
yan cao hei jing bing 、gen hei fu bing he chi xing bing fen bie you yan cao yi mei (Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)、ji sheng gen chuan zhu mei (Thielaviopsis basicola)he lian ge bao (Alternaria alternata)yin qi ,shi yan cao sheng chan shang de zhu yao bing hai ,yan chong ying xiang yan cao de chan liang he pin zhi 。mu qian yan cao bing hai de fang zhi zhu yao yi lai yu yao ji fang zhi ,sui ran you yi ding de fang xiao ,dan shi chang ji shi yong hua xue yao ji fang zhi shi ji chan sheng kang yao xing 、nong yao can liu deng 。mu mei jun shi yi lei chong yao de zi yuan zhen jun ,ta zuo wei yi chong sheng fang jun dui duo chong zhi wu de bing yuan jun dou you yi ding de fang zhi zuo yong ,dan shi que fa tong yi chong mu mei jun dui yan cao bu tong bing hai fang zhi de bao dao 。ben wen tong guo dui shi pei yang he pen zai shi yan ce ding le ji bao mu mei (Trichoderma asperellum)T-6dui yan cao de cu sheng chang zuo yong yi ji dui yan cao hei jing bing 、gen hei fu bing 、chi xing bing de sheng fang xiao guo ,yan jiu jie guo ru xia :1、tong guo ping ban dui shi shi yan biao ming ,ji bao mu mei T-6dui yan cao hei jing bing jun 、gen hei fu bing jun he chi xing bing jun dou neng chan sheng yi zhi zuo yong ,yi zhi lv fen bie da 49.62%、59.23%、51.18%。pei yang zhi di 7 d,ji bao mu mei T-6jiang san chong bing yuan jun jun la fu gai 。2、ji bao mu mei T-6dui yan cao de cu sheng chang shi yan biao ming ,jing guo ji bao mu mei T-6bao zi xuan fu ye chu li guo de yan cao zai gen chang 、zhu gao 、xian chong 、gan chong dou you xian zhe de zeng jia ,er jing cu 、zui da xie chang 、zui da xie kuan mei you xian zhe de bian hua 。dang bao zi nong du wei 1×10~8spores/mLshi cu sheng xiao guo jiao hao ,gen chang 、zhu gao 、gan chong 、xian chong fen bie zeng jia le 58.14%、32.21%、67.65%、77.44%。3、pen zai shi yan biao ming ji bao mu mei T-6bao zi xuan fu ye dui yan cao hei jing bing de fang zhi xiao guo da dao 74.45%,fa bing lv bi dui zhao jiang di 48.05%;dui yan cao gen hei fu bing de fang zhi xiao guo da dao 75.14%,fa bing lv bi dui zhao jiang di 52.01%。dui yan cao chi xing bing de fang zhi xiao guo wei 26.80%,fa bing lv zhi jian mei you xian zhe cha yi ,jin bing ban zhi jing da xiao you xian zhe cha yi 。4、ji bao mu mei T-6bao zi xuan fu ye chu li tu rang hou neng gou di gao yan cao ti nei de xie lu su he lei hu luo bo su de han liang ,zai di 6 dshi dui xie lu su han liang de ying xiang zui wei xian zhe ,bi dui zhao zeng jia 50.63%,zai di 10 dshi dui lei hu luo bo su de han liang ying xiang zui wei xian zhe ,bi dui zhao zeng jia 57.46%;yan cao de gen ji huo li ye you xian zhe di gao ,zai di 4 dshi chu li de gen ji huo li da dao zui da zhi ,bi dui zhao zeng jia 50.82%。yan cao ti nei guo yang hua wu mei (Peroxidase,POD)、chao yang hua wu qi hua mei (Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、guo yang hua qing mei (Catalase,CAT)zhe san chong fang yu mei de huo xing ye you xian zhe de di gao ,mei huo xing da dao feng zhi shi fen bie bi dui zhao zeng jia 47.26%、27.52%、46.78%。shang shu jie guo biao ming ,ji bao mu mei T-6de bao zi xuan fu ye neng gou zeng jia yan cao ti nei xie lu su he lei hu luo bo su de han liang ,di gao yan cao de gen ji huo li ,cu jin yan cao sheng chang ;hai neng gou you dao yan cao ti nei POD、SOD、CATsan chong fang yu mei de huo xing ,you xiao de fang zhi yan cao gen bu bing hai hei jing bing he gen hei fu bing ,dan shi dui yan cao xie bu bing hai chi xing bing de fang zhi xiao guo bu ming xian 。
