作者熊富发(2019)在《临涣矿9113工作面运输平巷复合顶板锚网支护技术研究》一文中研究指出:淮北矿区中组煤层复合顶板巷道普遍存在,顶板层数多、厚度薄,且其中还含有软弱夹层,巷道围岩受应力重分布的影响后容易发生离层、冒顶,难以形成稳定的承载结构,巷道支护难题制约了淮北矿区的可持续发展。本文以临涣矿9113工作面运输平巷为研究对象,通过现场调查、实验室试验、数值模拟、理论分析和现场实测等方法,系统地分析了原有U型钢棚支护变形破坏特征及原因,针对不同条件提出不同的锚网支护方案,并在现场进行了工业性试验,本文主要的研究内容及成果有:(1)深入现场调查,收集整理原有U型钢棚巷道围岩变形破坏特征及支护状况,得出U型钢承载性能与复合顶板巷道围岩变形破坏规律之间不相适应是U型钢棚支护发生变形破坏的根本原因,并对巷道顶板煤岩进行了实验室试验,测得了巷道顶板岩层的基本物理力学参数。研究结果表明,临涣矿9113工作面运输平巷为典型的复合顶板巷道,巷道顶板各岩层厚度薄、变化大、且含有软弱夹层,具有一定的独特性。(2)由于复合顶板岩层中含有软弱夹层,为了探究复合顶板巷道锚网支护影响因素,运用FLAC3D数值模拟分别对有无软弱夹层及不同软弱夹层层位进行了对比分析,结果表明,软弱夹层位于锚杆锚固段时对锚杆支护的影响最大,而软弱夹层位于锚杆自由段与位于锚杆锚固区外时对锚杆支护的影响相当,且软弱夹层位于锚杆锚固区范围外时影响略大于软弱夹层位于锚杆锚固区内。(3)根据数值模拟的结果,结合分类支护的思想针对不同的巷道顶板条件,提出了两种不同支护方案,分别对应软弱夹层是否位于锚杆锚固段,并通过数值模拟的方法,对比分析了不同条件下采用不同支护方案的效果,结果表明,“高强预应力锚网索支护技术”方案不足以控制巷道发生变形破坏,通过“高强预应力锚网索+结构补偿锚杆支护技术”方案可对软弱夹层位于锚杆锚固段时进行有效控制。(4)根据研究结果在现场开展了工业性试验,通过分类支护的方式对现场不同条件的顶板采取了不同的支护方案。当软弱夹层位于锚杆锚固段时,采用以锚索为主体的支护方案;软弱夹层位于锚杆自由段及位于锚杆锚固区外时,采用以锚杆为主体的支护方案。现场3个断面监测结果显示,两种支护方案均有效控制了巷道围岩的变形,取得了良好的支护效果。
