作者刘哲明(2019)在《多尺度高效吸声穿孔板结构优化及制造工艺研究》一文中研究指出:微穿孔板吸声结构具有低污染、结构强度高、耐腐蚀性强等优点,广泛应用于建筑、汽车、潜艇、飞机等众多领域,是现今应用范围最广的吸声降噪结构之一。但由于其吸声带宽较窄,在低频段吸声效果差,且板后空腔的存在导致需要的空间较大,限制了其实际应用范围。因此,如何在不增大微穿孔板结构体积的前提下,增大其吸声频带宽度,提高其低频段吸声性能是目前研究的热点。首先通过实验探究了油泥耦合穿孔板结构的吸声性能。常温条件下,在金属冲孔板内加入油泥材料,制造不同结构参数的油泥耦合微穿孔板,使用阻抗管传递函数法测试其吸声系数,并与传统机械加工微穿孔板进行对比。结果发现,油泥耦合微穿孔板在孔径较大与穿孔率较大的参数条件下,其吸声系数曲线向低频方向移动;当孔径或穿孔率过小时,油泥耦合微穿孔板与常规微穿孔板性能无较大差别。油泥对温度比较敏感,在50℃时开始软化,在60℃以上不能附着在冲孔板上,因此油泥耦合微穿孔板不适用于高温环境下工作的机动车尾气消声器等吸声结构。理想刚性微穿孔板的理论吸声性能由其结构参数决定,主要的结构参数有穿孔率、穿孔直径、板后空腔深度和穿孔板厚度。通过MATLAB数值仿真研究各结构参数对微穿孔板吸声性能的影响,并制备了相同结构参数的油泥耦合微穿孔板,与数值计算结果进行对比。结果发现,油泥耦合微穿孔板的各参数对其吸声性能的影响规律、吸声性能的变化趋势与理想刚性微穿孔板基本一致,但吸收性能有较大提高。分析认为,板后空腔深度能独立明确地影响微穿孔板吸声性能,穿孔率、穿孔直径、穿孔板厚度不能单独对穿孔板吸声性能产生明确的影响。提出了两种制造简单且成本低廉的提高微穿孔板吸声性能的新方法。经试验验证,改变微穿孔板的微孔分布,对微穿孔板的吸声性能有着较大影响。穿孔肋板耦合微穿孔板可以类比为双层穿孔板,其吸声系数曲线的第一个波峰会向低频移动,表明其低频吸声性能有一定提高。第二个波峰与单层微穿孔板吸声系数曲线峰值一致,吸声带宽会有较大幅度缩减。试验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
