作者吕孟辕(2019)在《肥城桃树流胶病病原鉴定及发病因子分析》一文中研究指出:肥城桃(Prunus persica cv.Feicheng)是山东省肥城市乃至我国独特的桃品种,也是中国水果名优特产之一。目前,肥城市建立多个肥城桃树培育基地,种植面积达10万余亩,产量达1.6亿kg,经济和社会效益显著,是肥城市重要的产业支撑。目前肥城桃树流胶病发生严重,对肥城桃的生产销售等造成了严重损失。本文首次对肥城桃树流胶病的发病程度进行了全面性的详细调查,通过病害样本采集、分离鉴定确定肥城桃树流胶病病原的分类地位,同时对各产区肥城桃树品种、树龄树势、栽培条件等因子进行分析,为肥城桃树流胶病科学防控提供依据,研究结果如下:1.明确了肥城桃流胶病的病原2016-2018年通过对肥城市西尚里村桃园、东尚里村桃园、刘台村景区桃园等5个主要桃产区不同季节6次典型病斑标本采集和分离鉴定,共采集样本125份,分离获得160株菌株,结合分离物的菌落培养学特征、子实体特征、ITS及BLAST序列比对和致病性测定,明确了引起肥城桃流胶病的病原菌种类,经分离培养鉴定,从肥城桃树流胶病斑中分离获得106株葡萄座腔菌,占总分离物的66.2%,其中Botryosphaeria dothidea 100株,占总分离物的62.5%,Botryosphaeria obtusa共计5株,占总分离率3.1%,Lasiodiplodia theobroma共计1株,占总分离率的0.6%;共分离获得54株镰孢菌,占总比的33.8%,其中Fusarium lteritium共计26株,占总分离率的16.3%,Fusarium fujikuroie共计15株,占总分离率的9.4%,Fusarium proliferatum共计10株,占总分离率的6%、Fusarium oxysporum共计3株占总分离率的1.9%,致病性测定表明,上述分离物均对肥城桃具有致病性,表明引致肥城桃流胶病主要由Botryosphaeria dothidea和Fusarium lteritium两种病菌侵染所致,其他病菌为偶发种,这是首次对肥城桃树流胶病病原的系统鉴定。2.明确了肥城桃流胶病发病因子2016年-2018年的持续调查发现,肥城市桃流胶病发病情况严重,五个调查区肥城桃树流胶病平均发病率为63.4%,病情指数为25.6,最高发病率达到78%,病情指数为35.2。肥城桃树流胶病在2-11月份皆可发病,一年当中发病高峰期为6月、8月。红里肥桃平均发病率为81%,病情指数为37.2,白里肥桃平均发病率为74%,病情指数为32.0,两个主栽品受害严重。2年生桃树流胶病发病率低于5年生及10年生桃树,树龄越小,发病程度越低。地势高、光照足、排水良好的桃园流胶病发病情况较轻。2×3m密植的桃园桃树流胶病发病程度低。春季3月份时施用藻生根,2.5kg/100㎡,与土混合后均匀铺洒在树下,在5月花落之后施用豆饼,5kg/100㎡,掰碎后均匀铺在树下,6月份中旬结果时施用羊粪,3.5kg/100㎡,与土混合后均匀铺洒在地下的管理条件,不利于发病。3月底、10月初进行清理病枝枯枝,能够降低桃树流胶病的发病程度,上述发病因子调查结果可为有效防控肥城桃树流胶病提出技术方案。
