作者朱琳(2019)在《不同载畜率对短花针茅荒漠草原土壤酶的影响》一文中研究指出:为揭示不同载畜率对荒漠草原土壤酶活性的影响。以内蒙古短花针茅荒漠草原为研究对象,对载畜率下(禁牧,No Grazing,CK;轻度放牧,Light Grazing,LG;中度放牧,Moderate Grazing,MG;重度放牧,Heavy Grazing,HG)和不同土层深度(0-10cm,10-20cm)土壤酶活性进行对比分析,并探讨不同载畜率下植物群落地上生物量(AGB)、地下生物量(BGB)及根冠比(R/S)和土壤C:N,土壤pH值,电导率(EC)、全硫(TS)、全碳(TC)、全氮(TN)、有机碳(SOC)、碱解氮(AN)、速效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)含量等土壤特性变化规律及其与土壤酶活性之间的相关性。结果表明:(1)土壤pH值和EC在HG区最高,TS、TC、SOC、AP和AK等营养物质含量随着载畜率增加整体呈现降低趋势,而TN和AN呈现先增加后降低,再增加的趋势,土壤C:N在HG区最低。AGB和BGB随着载畜率的增加呈现降低趋势,R/S在HG区最高。除EC、TN和AN在LG区与HG区内不同土层间有显著差异(P<005),其他指标在不同载畜率下不同土层间皆有显著差异(P<0.05),表现为 0-10cm>10-20cm。(2)随着载畜率的增加,脱氢酶活性、β-葡萄糖苷酶和磷酸酶活性整体上呈现降低趋势,脲酶活性呈现先增加后降低,再增加的趋势。脱氢酶与脲酶活性较高载畜率下(MG区和HG区)不同土层内有显著差异(P<0.05),β-葡萄糖苷酶在较低载畜率(CK区和LG区)下不同土层内有显著差异(P<005),磷酸酶活性在不同载畜率下不同土层内有显著差异(P<0.05),表现为0-10 cm>10-20 cm。(3)脱氢酶活性与AGB、BGB、TS、SOC、AP和AK之间为正相关。β-葡萄糖苷酶活性与pH值为负相关,与其他指标皆为正相关。脲酶活性与pH值、EC、TN、TC、AN和AP为正相关。磷酸酶活性与AGB、EC、TC、TN、AN和AP为正相关。脱氢酶活性与β-葡萄糖苷酶活性和磷酸酶活性有较大相关性,脱氢酶活性与脲酶活性呈负相关。β-葡萄糖苷酶活性与脲酶活性和磷酸酶活性有较大相关性。脲酶活性与磷酸酶活性有较大相关性。

wei jie shi bu tong zai chu lv dui huang mo cao yuan tu rang mei huo xing de ying xiang 。yi nei meng gu duan hua zhen mao huang mo cao yuan wei yan jiu dui xiang ,dui zai chu lv xia (jin mu ,No Grazing,CK;qing du fang mu ,Light Grazing,LG;zhong du fang mu ,Moderate Grazing,MG;chong du fang mu ,Heavy Grazing,HG)he bu tong tu ceng shen du (0-10cm,10-20cm)tu rang mei huo xing jin hang dui bi fen xi ,bing tan tao bu tong zai chu lv xia zhi wu qun la de shang sheng wu liang (AGB)、de xia sheng wu liang (BGB)ji gen guan bi (R/S)he tu rang C:N,tu rang pHzhi ,dian dao lv (EC)、quan liu (TS)、quan tan (TC)、quan dan (TN)、you ji tan (SOC)、jian jie dan (AN)、su xiao lin (AP)he su xiao jia (AK)han liang deng tu rang te xing bian hua gui lv ji ji yu tu rang mei huo xing zhi jian de xiang guan xing 。jie guo biao ming :(1)tu rang pHzhi he ECzai HGou zui gao ,TS、TC、SOC、APhe AKdeng ying yang wu zhi han liang sui zhao zai chu lv zeng jia zheng ti cheng xian jiang di qu shi ,er TNhe ANcheng xian xian zeng jia hou jiang di ,zai zeng jia de qu shi ,tu rang C:Nzai HGou zui di 。AGBhe BGBsui zhao zai chu lv de zeng jia cheng xian jiang di qu shi ,R/Szai HGou zui gao 。chu EC、TNhe ANzai LGou yu HGou nei bu tong tu ceng jian you xian zhe cha yi (P<005),ji ta zhi biao zai bu tong zai chu lv xia bu tong tu ceng jian jie you xian zhe cha yi (P<0.05),biao xian wei 0-10cm>10-20cm。(2)sui zhao zai chu lv de zeng jia ,tuo qing mei huo xing 、β-pu tao tang gan mei he lin suan mei huo xing zheng ti shang cheng xian jiang di qu shi ,niao mei huo xing cheng xian xian zeng jia hou jiang di ,zai zeng jia de qu shi 。tuo qing mei yu niao mei huo xing jiao gao zai chu lv xia (MGou he HGou )bu tong tu ceng nei you xian zhe cha yi (P<0.05),β-pu tao tang gan mei zai jiao di zai chu lv (CKou he LGou )xia bu tong tu ceng nei you xian zhe cha yi (P<005),lin suan mei huo xing zai bu tong zai chu lv xia bu tong tu ceng nei you xian zhe cha yi (P<0.05),biao xian wei 0-10 cm>10-20 cm。(3)tuo qing mei huo xing yu AGB、BGB、TS、SOC、APhe AKzhi jian wei zheng xiang guan 。β-pu tao tang gan mei huo xing yu pHzhi wei fu xiang guan ,yu ji ta zhi biao jie wei zheng xiang guan 。niao mei huo xing yu pHzhi 、EC、TN、TC、ANhe APwei zheng xiang guan 。lin suan mei huo xing yu AGB、EC、TC、TN、ANhe APwei zheng xiang guan 。tuo qing mei huo xing yu β-pu tao tang gan mei huo xing he lin suan mei huo xing you jiao da xiang guan xing ,tuo qing mei huo xing yu niao mei huo xing cheng fu xiang guan 。β-pu tao tang gan mei huo xing yu niao mei huo xing he lin suan mei huo xing you jiao da xiang guan xing 。niao mei huo xing yu lin suan mei huo xing you jiao da xiang guan xing 。
