作者赵盼月(2019)在《饲料中添加胆汁酸对欧洲鳗鲡幼鱼生长、血清生化指标、肠道菌群及肝脏代谢的影响》一文中研究指出:饲料中添加的胆汁酸可在鱼类体内发挥多种生物学活性,对多种鱼类的生长及机体健康产生有益作用,但还鲜见其在鳗鲡饲料中应用的报道。为研究饲料中添加不同水平胆汁酸对欧洲鳗鲡幼鱼生长、血清生化指标、肠道菌群及肝脏代谢的影响。将9口循环水模式养殖欧洲鳗鲡(Anguilla anguilla)的精养池(初始均重681.7±22.7 kg/池;规格为141.5±1.9 g/尾)随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,分别投喂在基础饲料添加胆汁酸添加水平为0mg/kg(对照组)、500 mg/kg(BA1组)、和1000 mg/kg(BA2组)的试验饲料。试验期为105 d。主要结果如下:与对照组相比,BA1组和BA2组的增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05),肠道脂肪酶和蛋白酶的活性显著升高(P<0.05);血清尿素氮、甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平以及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性降低(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白M和补体3含量以及酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性升高(P<0.05),且BA1组溶菌酶活性显著高于BA2组(P<0.05),BA1组碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组及BA2组均无显著差异(P>0.05);肝脏总抗氧化能力、总超氧化物歧化酶活性和还原型谷胱甘肽含量提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量降低(P<0.05),BA2组与对照组及BA1组间总超氧化物歧化酶活性和还原型谷胱甘肽含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);肝脏脂蛋白酯酶、肝脂酶和总脂酶活性升高(P<0.05),脂肪酸合成酶和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶的活性降低(P<0.05),BA2组乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);肝脏和肌肉中脂肪含量降低,肝脏蛋白含量升高(P>0.05)。BA1组和BA2组间的上述指标(溶菌酶活性除外)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,BA1组和BA2组的肠道总OTU数和Chao1指数提高(P<0.05),Shannon指数降低(P<0.05),说明胆汁酸可以降低肠道菌群多样性,提高菌群相对丰度。在门水平上,随着饲料中胆汁酸添加量的增加,螺旋体门和厚壁菌门相对丰度先减少后增加;拟杆菌门和变形菌门相对丰度逐渐降低;梭杆菌门和放线菌门相对丰度呈先增加后减少的趋势;柔壁菌门丰富度逐渐增加。根据相对丰度对属水平肠道菌群进行差异菌分析,BA1组类麦氏杆菌属、爱德华氏菌属、严格梭菌-13和邻单胞菌属相对丰度显著高于对照组和BA2组(P<0.05),对照组和BA2组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,500 mg/kg胆汁酸添加组肝脏中脱氧胆酸、甘氨脱氧胆酸和甘氨熊脱氧胆酸水平显著升高(P<0.05),其他种类胆汁酸水平无显著变化(P>0.05);肝脏中差异代谢物有49种,主要归属为氨基酸类、脂肪酸类、有机酸类和维生素类等代谢物,其中33种差异代谢产物上调,16种代谢产物下调;差异代谢产物富集到的代谢通路包括tRNA生物合成、氨基酸生物合成、鞘脂代谢等,主要与氨基酸代谢和脂类代谢有关。综上所述,饲料中添加500 mg/kg胆汁酸即可通过提高欧洲鳗鲡幼鱼的肠道消化酶活性、血清免疫能力和肝脏健康状况;有益调节血脂水平;改变肠道菌群的相对丰度和多样性;一定程度上促进肝脏胆汁酸产生;提高肝脏脂肪分解代谢酶活性、降低脂肪合成代谢酶水平,调节肝脏氨基酸代谢和脂类代谢强度;降低肌肉和肝脏中脂肪沉积,增加蛋白质的合成,从而发挥促进生长作用。饲料中添加500 mg/kg或1000 mg/kg胆汁酸对欧洲鳗鲡幼鱼的生长及大部分生理生化指标的作用效果接近。
