作者吴优(2019)在《改性滑石吸附汽车尾气中重金属的方法研究》一文中研究指出:重金属是大气污染物的主要成分之一,对人类健康威胁极大。汽车尾气中的重金属浓度虽然很低,可汽车数量庞大,对环境仍有巨大影响。因此,对汽车尾气中重金属的去除有着重大的意义。本研究使用滑石作为吸附剂,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)对滑石进行表征分析。对比多种消解滑石粉的方法,以优选的消解方法进行消解实验,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对滑石的主要成分进行测定,滑石粉中Mg含量理论值为190320.00μg·g-1,而实测值为167483.14μg·g-1,实际测定值比理论值含量略低,数值相差不大,结果吻合。研究中各元素的检测限在0 ng·mL-11.8850 ng·mL-1之间,相关系数在0.99951.0000之间,线性关系良好。研究滑石对汽车尾气中的重金属离子的吸附。采用正交试验法选择在汽车怠速状态下,滑石吸附汽车中重金属的最佳吸附条件,以电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定滑石一定时间吸附汽车尾气中Al、Cr、Ni、Cu、Ag、Cd、Ba、Pb的量,以优级纯硝酸相同时间吸收尾气中重金属的量作为尾气中重金属的参考总量,采用吸附量和吸附率两项标准评价滑石对汽车尾气中重金属的吸附性。实验证明:滑石对汽车尾气中的Al、Cr、Ni、Cu、Ag、Cd、Ba、Pb均有一定的吸附效果,30 min对各元素的吸附量在0.0294.05μg·g-1之间,吸附率在0.3463.85%之间。研究对比滑石对汽油车和柴油车尾气中的重金属的吸附效果,结果显示,滑石对柴油车尾气中重金属的吸附量明显大于滑石对汽油车尾气中重金属的吸附量,不同元素吸附效果不一,且滑石对柴油车尾气中重金属的吸附量,会随吸附时间增加而增加,与吸附时间成正比。对滑石进行改性处理,以滑石粉(Talc)为基底,通过煅烧处理后,得到煅烧后的滑石(CT),制备了用四硼酸钠改性的滑石(MT),氧化锌负载改性滑石(ZT)、EDTA改性滑石(ED-T)和EDTA改性煅烧滑石(ED-CT)。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)法检测改性前后的滑石,对照了改性前后滑石的变化。探究了Talc、CT、MT、ZT、ED-T和ED-CT对柴油车尾气中8种重金属的吸附性。研究表明,滑石通过四硼酸钠的改性,15 min对汽车尾气中的Al和Ba吸附量分别吸附量增强了近4倍和5倍;负载氧化锌改性滑石(ZT)15 min对汽车尾气中的Al和Ba吸附量分别提升近3倍;EDTA改性煅烧滑石(ED-CT)相对于滑石本身,吸附效果有明显提升,对汽车尾气中Al的吸附量增强了近3倍,对Ba的吸附量增强了近6倍,对Pb的吸附量增强了约1倍。对比几种滑石改性方法,EDTA改性煅烧滑石(ED-CT)的吸附性最好。
