作者周永兴(2019)在《浅埋煤层大断面煤巷锚杆支护参数优化研究》一文中研究指出:陕北神南矿区浅埋煤层大断面煤巷变形破坏严重,影响矿区安全高效生产,开展大断面煤巷支护对策研究具有重要意义。本文以红柳林煤矿5-2煤层25206工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测、数值计算和理论分析相结合的方法,掌握了巷道围岩物理力学性质和巷道变形特征与规律,对5-2煤层的煤巷锚杆支护参数进行了优化,为类似开采条件的大断面煤巷支护提供借鉴意义。通过对25206辅运顺槽围岩变形的现场观测得出,掘进期间巷道帮部的松动圈约0.95m,顶板松动圈约1m;回采期间巷道帮部的松动圈约1.05m,顶板松动圈约为1.35m。在工作面推进距煤壁前方30m时,顶板沉降值和收敛值均在不断增大;锚杆的受力随着推进距离逐渐增大,受力曲线呈现平稳、增大和平稳的变化趋势。利用ANSYS软件,建立了方形和拱形托板模型,分析托板的尺寸和形状,在预紧阶段和工作阶段内对托板上下表面的应力分布的影响,得出以拱形托板尺寸150×150×8mm为宜。利用FLAC3D数值模拟对不同锚固长度的模拟得出:随着锚固长度的增加,锚杆受力的最大值减小,竖向位移最大值为25.8mm,锚固长度的大小对竖向位移的影响不大。对锚杆联合支护的数值模拟分析得出:锚杆托板附近产生的压应力值及球形高压应力区形状、范围基本相同,锚杆锚固起始端附近形成的压应力值与范围有较大差别。理论计算得出红柳林煤矿25206运输顺槽顶板和两帮锚杆的支护参数,顶锚杆参数为 φ18×2.2m,左旋螺纹钢锚杆的间排距为1.25m×1.2m;回采侧/煤柱侧巷帮锚杆参数为φ16×1.6m,玻璃钢锚杆/麻花式树脂锚杆间排距为1.3m×1.2m。结合数值分析得出:优化前顺槽掘进过程中,围岩变形和应力变化不大;优化后的围岩变形以及应力变化相对于优化前有所增大,但仍能够保证巷道围岩的稳定性,现场实践效果良好。同时,基于支护参数优化结果,5-2煤巷道每延长1m,可节约成本187元,2018年矿井5-2煤巷总进尺21237米,共节约成本397万元,经济效益明显,且掘进效率提高7%。
