作者陈克利(2019)在《氮添加对油松和辽东栎幼苗次生代谢过程的影响》一文中研究指出:在全球大气N沉降持续增加的背景下,土壤有效N的升高会通过影响植物光合过程、内源激素格局和次生代谢等生理过程改变光合产物在各器官分配,最终影响植物生长。本文选取黄土高原子午岭林区两个主要建群种油松(Pinus tabuliformis)和辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)的幼苗为研究对象,以连续2年N添加盆栽实验为基础,设置了0(N0)、3(N3)、6(N6)、12(N12)g·N·m-2·yr-1四种处理,研究了N添加对两种植物幼苗生长特征、土壤理化性质以及初生和次生代谢的影响,并阐明上述各因素之间的相互关系。主要结论如下:(1)随着施N量的增加,油松和辽东栎幼苗的生长策略及对N水平的耐受性不同。施氮促进了油松整株生物量的累积,N12处理生物量是N0的1.86倍;但辽东栎各处理无明显差异。油松和辽东栎地上生物量和地下生物量均随施氮量增加而增加,但油松增幅大于辽东栎。油松茎叶比存在阈值,N3施氮量时油松茎叶比达到最大,继续增加施氮量时,油松茎叶比显著降低(P<0.05),而辽东栎在N6处理时,茎叶比取最大值。随着施N量的增加,两种植物细根/粗根生物量比值总体呈递减变化,符合最优分配假说。施氮总体上降低了油松的根冠比,并在N12取得最小值;但对辽东栎无显著影响。(2)随着施N量的增加,油松和辽东栎土壤有机碳总体先增加后降低,全氮差异不显著;不同N水平下油松土壤硝态氮无显著差异,辽东栎在N12处理取最大值,并与与其它处理差异显著(P<0.05)。土壤pH随着施N量的增加而降低,但无显著差异。(3)N3和N6处理总体上促进了油松茎、最细根和细根促生长类激素含量增加。其中赤霉素(GA3)含量在叶、最细根和细根呈六月>八月>十月。六月份随着施N量的增加,叶和茎GA3含量先降低后升高,在N12处理叶茎及不同径级根(最细根、细根和粗根)分别比N0增加12.9%、13.2%、64.1%、4.6%、14.3%。生长素(IAA)含量除叶外总体在N3和N6处理中较高。除叶外,脱落酸(ABA)含量总体随着施氮量增加而升高,在十月不同径级根系中N12分别高于N0处理72.9%、53.3%、72.7%,施氮促进了ABA的积累。N3和N6处理的w(GA3+ZR+IAA)/w(ABA)比值较高,油松生长势较强。(4)除叶外,油松各器官可溶性糖含量总体表现为N3和N6高于N0和N12处理,且在N6取得最大值;辽东栎可溶性糖随氮增加无明显规律。油松和辽东栎各器官淀粉含量整体表现为十月>六月>八月;六月份,油松在N3和N6处理取得较低值;总体辽东栎在不同器官中N0和N3处理差异均不显著,粗根中淀粉含量最低。(5)施氮对油松和辽东栎总酚含量影响不同。除N0处理外,六月油松各器官总酚整体逐步降低,在N12取得最低值并与其它处理差异显著;辽东栎总酚则有增加趋势。在不同生长期油松和辽东栎各器官总酚含量均为十月>八月>六月。油松缩合单宁含量在八月份最高,辽东栎在十月份取最大值,且二者对氮处理的响应无明显规律,在叶和最细根中含量较高。(6)次生代谢物依赖于碳水化合物的有效性,油松总酚和缩合单宁在细根和叶中与可溶性糖均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。总酚和缩合单宁的合成受激素的协同调控。总酚和缩合单宁在茎中均与w(GA3+ZR+IAA)/w(ABA)比值显著正相关。碳氮比与总酚和缩合单宁无显著关系,不支持碳/营养平衡假说。相关性分析表明叶、茎和细根生物量均与ZR和w(ZR)/w(ABA)以及呈显著正相关。以上研究结果表明,全球N沉降可能通过影响植物的内源激素含量进而影响碳水化合物在植物生长和防御方面的分配关系,从而对森林生态系统中植物的生长产生影响。

er dui sen lin sheng tai ji tong zhong zhi wu de sheng chang chan sheng ying xiang 。
