作者周雪莉(2019)在《仿生定向纤维增强材料磁组装3D/4D打印及其性能研究》一文中研究指出:生物运用纤维等增强要素排列成各种各样的有序结构,以实现其材料性能调控,如螳螂虾运用纤维的螺旋排列提高材料抗冲击性能,贝类运用砖泥结构增强贝壳材料韧性,松树运用双层结构的各向异性纤维取向控制松塔鳞片变形等。生物材料的构建策略具有高效率、多功能的优势,表现出既轻又强、既强又韧、自适应及自修复等优于人工材料的优异性能。虽然生物提供了设计方案,但是仿制生物材料复杂组织结构却极其困难。增材制造(3D打印)技术以数字模型驱动,通过逐点添加材料累积成型,具备在打印过程中调控材料组织结构的潜在能力,使设计制备具有复杂组织结构的仿生材料成为可能。然而,目前的打印技术不能对增强材料定向组装,急需研发控形控性的增材制造技术,制备仿生有序结构材料,探索结构-性能关系,为发展下一代先进材料提供理论基础和实用制造技术。本文研究开发了运用磁场使增强材料定向的磁组装3D打印原理和关键技术,揭示了磁场强度、材料性质对定向组装性能的影响规律,获得了优化的组装打印工艺参数。进而,运用磁组装3D打印技术,设计制备了几种典型的运用有序结构调控性能的仿生材料,包括:(1)仿生有序结构抗冲击材料,运用纤维排列结构调控、增强材料力学性能;(2)微结构热调控材料,运用纤维的取向调控材料的热学性能;(3)微结构控制的自变形动态材料(受到适当外激励可以产生形状结构变化的材料,也称为智能材料),在可变形基质中打印出有序结构纤维,运用纤维的排列取向控制材料的变形。本文研究了有序结构形式、参数对材料性能的影响规律,揭示了材料组织结构-性能关系,证明了运用仿生有序结构设计实现材料性能调控的可行性,为发展仿生材料提供设计依据和制造途径。本文具体研究内容主要包括以下4个方面:(1)研究开发了基于磁组装工艺与数字光固化技术的磁组装3D打印技术,在打印复杂几何外形的同时,能够局部调控材料内部纤维取向。磁组装3D打印工艺原理是,在液体光敏树脂打印材料中加入磁性短纤维,通过可编程控制的磁场控制纤维进行定向组装,实现有序纤维增强材料打印。研究了磁场、工艺参数及纤维含量等对纤维取向及材料固化程度的影响,获得了优化的材料配比、磁场及打印参数,为仿生有序结构材料制备提供了实用且低成本的制造手段。(2)以具有优异机械性能的螳螂虾螯部材料的人字形与螺旋形相耦合的增强纤维结构为模本,进行仿生结构设计,利用磁组装3D打印工艺制备了仿螳螂虾螯微结构的仿生材料。研究了纤维排列结构形式及参数对材料性能的影响,发现材料抗冲击和压缩性能与纤维排列形式及参数有关。利用正交试验设计和极差分析方法,确定了影响材料力学性能的主次结构因素,揭示了仿生结构特征因素对材料力学性能影响规律。与随机分布的工程复合材料相比,生物材料运用有序结构选择性地增强材料性能,具有高效率及可调控的特点。解析生物材料的增强策略可以为开发高性能复合材料提供灵感,揭示生物材料结构-性能关系,可以为仿生材料设计提供依据。(3)有序排列结构不仅可以影响材料力学性能,也对材料的热光电等物理性能产生影响。受一些生物结构自调控现象的启发,设计制备了有序结构材料,研究了结构形式及参数对材料热传导及热膨胀特性的影响。研究结果表明,有序增强结构材料的热传导性能与纤维方向有关,平行于纤维方向热传导系数提高,垂直于纤维方向则下降。运用磁组装3D打印制备了不同位置具有不同纤维取向的热超材料,热性能分析表明,材料具有各向异性、各点异性的热性能。这种热性能随位置变化的材料被称为热超材料,在电子封装、太阳能电池、锂电池及散热器材料等方面存在广泛应用,与目前的均质材料相比,不但能提高热传导和热稳定性,还能够实现热屏蔽、热集中等热管理功能。(4)4D打印是3D打印的激励-响应材料结构,在遇到适当的外激励时,可以产生可编程的形状或性能变化。生物材料能用纤维有序结构控制变形,运用这种控制原理和磁组装3D打印,开展了仿生微结构编程4D打印研究。以松塔鳞片纤维结构为蓝本进行仿生设计,运用磁组装技术4D打印了有序微结构编程的激励响应材料。研究了纤维含量、方向及分布对材料变形性能的影响,揭示了纤维取向与变形的关系,提出了仿生微结构编程4D打印设计方法。如何运用材料结构设计控制4D行为,是4D打印关键技术,材料内部结构编程充分发挥了3D打印的优势,拓展了4D打印设计空间。
