作者徐进(2019)在《基于超构材料的宽带极化转换器研究》一文中研究指出:电磁超构材料是一种将自然界常见的金属及介质按特定方式排列而成的人工结构,并且展示出了自然材料所不具备的电磁特性。通过改变电磁超材料的结构或调节其结构尺寸均能实现对电磁波幅值及相位的任意调控,因此电磁超构材料被广泛用于设计完美吸收器、隐形斗篷、极化转换器等。本论文通过分析电磁超构材料对电磁波幅值及相位的调控机理,发现以往报道的多个切角类型的吸收器并不具备宽带、高效的吸波特性,相反,该类型结构具有实现宽带极化转换的潜质。在此基础上,总结了基于电磁超构材料宽带极化转换器的结构特点,并通过对电磁超构材料的结构优化设计出宽带极化转换器件,实现了对电磁波的极化调控。主要开展的工作如下:(1)通过对金属贴片和矩形环结构的模拟仿真发现,将金属贴片和矩形环的对角部分切除后,其共极化反射系数将减小,但其交叉极化反射系数却不可避免地增大。在此基础上,设计了基于各向异性超构表面的宽带极化转换器。该结构的顶层是两个开口环,由基于双环结构的吸收器变形而来,能有效的将入射的线极化波极化方向旋转90°,在6.67~17.1 GHz范围内极化转换率达到90%以上,其相对带宽为87.7%。对该结构进行了加工和实验测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了设计的正确性。该工作提供了一种设计宽带极化转换器的新方法,并澄清了切角型吸波结构并不具备宽带、高效吸收的事实。(2)设计并实验实现了两种新型超宽带极化转换器,单元结构分别是H型和方形开口环。对于H型结构,其极化转换率高于90%的频率范围为7~19.5 GHz,相对带宽达到94%,与其它基于单层结构的反射型极化转换器相比,在工作带宽上更有优势;该结构还具有对电磁波入射角不敏感的特性,即使入射角度达到41.5°,其平均极化转换率仍保持在80%以上。对于方形开口环结构,其极化转换率高于90%的频率范围为7.12~18.82 GHz,相对带宽达到90%;该结构对入射波同样具有广角特性,即使入射角达到45°,其平均极化转换率仍保持在80%以上。
