作者郭强(2019)在《激光熔覆Fe基合金工艺与性能研究》一文中研究指出:矿用液压支架立柱在矿井下起支撑保护作用,井下空气具有流动性差,高温且环境湿度大,及大量SO2等有害腐蚀性粉尘介质,使液压立柱表面易损坏,空气中的氧化腐蚀导致立柱表面损坏严重,致使立柱在使用过程中的寿命降低,增加采煤企业采矿成本。激光熔覆技术是近年来对工件表面改性和强化修复受损表面的重要技术之一。解决液压支架立柱使用寿命较短的问题,是目前诸多学者研究的内容之一。本文针对液压支架立柱进行研究,主要试验材料为27SiMn钢,使用宽光斑半导体激光熔覆系统,以侧向同轴方式输送Fe基合金粉末,利用激光熔覆技术在立柱基材27SiMn钢样块表面进行改性的探索实验。在正交实验法的基础上,设计各工艺参数,通过熔覆层表面形貌及内部特性观察记录分析,以最佳工艺参数满足实际应用需要为最终探究目标。找到最佳的单道工艺参数组,并在优化参数的基础上探究搭接工艺参数。对优化的单道熔覆实验参数进行搭接实验,筛选出较好搭接熔覆层参数,得到良好的搭接熔覆层,其厚度达1.3 mm以上,此厚度为后续加工工序留有余量,同时搭接熔覆层硬度较基材提高3倍以上,且均值在630HV以上。耐磨损能力得到大幅提高,搭接熔覆层摩擦系数在0.4左右,熔覆层相比基材摩擦系数降低40%,磨损量降低58%。利用国家标准对搭接后熔覆层腐蚀性评价,腐蚀等级为10级,达到液压立柱的国家标准。与27SiMn钢表面质量相比,熔覆层性能得到较大提高。综上所述,激光熔覆Fe基合金使液压支架立柱表面得到改性,效果较好,为立柱表面改性工艺参数和性能探究提供了一定理论支持。
