作者周传强(2019)在《磁针磁力研磨工艺参数优化及应用研究》一文中研究指出:磁针磁力研磨工艺属于磁力研磨工艺的一种,是利用变换磁场力驱动细小磁针激烈运动,从而实现对工件表面进行光整加工的特种加工工艺。磁针磁力研磨工艺具有良好的柔性和自适应性,可对各种材质的微小、复杂类工件的表面或者型腔进行研磨加工,相较于传统的磨削加工工艺具有明显优势。虽然磁针磁力研磨工艺在去除工件毛刺中得到了一定的应用,但是由于加工件的复杂性和多样性,在实际应用中大多根据加工经验确定其工艺参数。因此有必要对磁针磁力研磨工艺的研磨机理展开进一步地分析研究,并对其工艺参数进行优化处理,得出具有普遍性和代表性的工艺参数。本文以磁针磁力研磨设备作为加工装置,在完成大量实验并对实验数据进行分析处理的基础上,对磁针磁力研磨工艺的研磨机理进行讨论与分析,运用灰色关联理论对多性能指标下的工艺参数进行优化,并以涡轮轴等为实例进行应用研究。具体内容包括以下几个方面:(1)介绍了永磁和电磁两种变换磁场的产生方式,采用ANSYS Maxwell软件对磁针磁力研磨设备中磁场的大小和分布进行可视化,揭示磁针在两种磁场中的分布和运动趋势。根据模拟结果对单个磁针的受力进行分析,结合实际加工过程中磁针的运动形式对单个磁针的运动轨迹展开分析,进而得出磁针磁力研磨机理。(2)对影响磁针磁力研磨工艺加工效果的因素进行分析,包括磁场分布状况、磁针型号、研磨时间和工件材质等因素,进一步揭示了磁针的运动与磁场分布之间的关系以及其他影响因素对加工效果的影响。以铝合金材质工件为研究对象,采用灰色关联理论对多性能指标下的工艺参数进行优化处理,得出了在多性能指标和单性能指标下的优化工艺参数。(3)结合参数优化结果,采用磁针磁力研磨工艺分别对涡轮轴和复杂多孔类零件进行研磨加工,通过应用实例验证了磁针磁力研磨工艺应用效果。最后将磁性磨粒与磁针混合作为磁性磨料,提高了电磁磁针磁力研磨的研磨性能。
