作者陆媚(2019)在《根域限制对一年两收栽培‘夏黑’葡萄果实发育过程中酚类和香气物质的影响研究》一文中研究指出:为了探讨根域限制对一年两收栽培’夏黑’葡萄果实发育过程中果实酚类和香气物质组分的影响。试验以8年生’夏黑’葡萄为材料,以常规栽培为对照,研究根域限制(Root Restriction,RR)对一年两收栽培’夏黑’葡萄夏果和冬果果实发育过程中酚类和香气物质组分的影响,在不同果实发育期监测气候指标,测定树体生长指标、果实基本品质、果皮花色苷和非花色苷类酚类物质及果实香气物质的组分及含量。研究结果表明:1、RR显著抑制了冬果的树体生长,RR与对照夏果的树体生长没有显著差异。RR和对照夏果的枝条长度和叶面积都大于冬果。2、RR夏果的可溶性固形物和总糖含量显著高于对照,冬果则小于对照。RR和对照夏果可溶性固形物和总糖含量都显著高于冬果。3、RR显著提高了冬果花色苷类酚类物质总含量,但对种类数无影响。RR和对照夏果花色苷类酚类物质的含量均在转色后10d达到最大值,RR的最大值为130.65 μg/g鲜果显著高于对照,随后均开始下降,在成熟期RR和对照无显著性差异。RR和对照两季果成熟期果皮中含量最高的花色苷单体均是甲基花翠素-3-0-(6”-O-香豆酰)-葡萄糖苷。4、RR果皮非花色苷类酚类物质总含量高于对照、种类多于对照。RR和对照冬果的非花色苷类酚类物质总含量高于夏果、种类多于夏果。RR和对照两季果成熟期果皮中含量最高的非花色苷类酚类物质均是原花青素B1。5、RR显著提高了’夏黑’葡萄成熟期果实中香气物质的总含量,但对香气种类的影响夏果和冬果存在差异。RR和对照冬果香气物质总含量都高于夏果。RR和对照冬果和夏果果实中含量最高的香气物质均为醛类化合物。
