作者周玉洁(2019)在《基于裂缝结构的柔性可穿戴碳纳米管/热塑性聚氨酯导电复合膜》一文中研究指出:随着智能终端越来越普及,柔性可穿戴电子器件表现出巨大的市场前景。柔性传感器作为可穿戴电子设备的重要组成部件,极大地影响智能设备的结构-功能设计与未来发展。柔性复合材料普遍应用于柔性传感器中,基于裂缝结构的柔性力敏复合材料由于具有超高的灵敏度受到了研究者的广泛关注。然而,常见的基于裂缝结构的应变敏感复合材料能够检测的应变响应范围有限,压力敏感复合材料的功能也具有局限性,极大地限制了其在智能领域的推广应用。本文以静电纺丝热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为基底,并在TPU基底上构筑碳纳米管(CNT)导电层得到CNT/TPU导电复合膜,通过导电层的裂缝结构设计构筑导电网络以制备高性能的应变敏感复合材料和压力敏感复合材料。我们研究了该复合材料在各种拉伸、弯曲模式下的应变敏感响应性能、机理,在各种压缩模式下的压力敏感响应行为、机理,探索了基于裂缝结构的柔性力敏复合材料在物理振动以及人体运动行为检测等方面的应用,本文具体研究内容如下:1、裂缝结构CNT/TPU应变敏感复合材料的制备及性能研究(1)首先将CNT导电油墨喷涂到静电纺丝TPU纤维膜上得到CNT/TPU导电纤维膜。通过对CNT/TPU导电纤维膜进行预拉伸在CNT导电层上形成裂缝结构制备裂缝结构CNT/TPU柔性应变敏感复合材料,平衡应变刺激下响应范围和灵敏度间的相互制约关系。研究了 CNT导电池墨层喷涂的厚度以及预拉伸工艺对材料微观结构和响应性能的影响。(2)详细表征了应变敏感复合材料的应变响应性能,发现该复合材料既表现出超高的灵敏度,兼具超宽的应变响应范围(灵敏度系数(Guage factor,GF)在0~100%之间为428.5,在100%~220%之间为9268.8,在220%~300%之间为83982.8),而且有快速响应时间(70ms)、良好的稳定性,出色的可重复性(大于10000次拉伸-回复循环)以及优异的弯曲敏感性能。(3)该应变敏感复合材料出色的传感性能与CNT从裂缝缝隙边缘延伸出的微结构及TPU电纺纤维膜优良的拉伸性能有关(CNT从裂缝边缘延仲到缝隙中的微结构利于电子传输有助应变敏感复合材料灵敏度的提高,TPU电纺纤维膜的优异拉伸性能有利于该复合材料的应变响应范围的增大)。通过对应变敏感复合材料的裂缝结构及试样在拉伸过程中裂缝形貌结构的表征分析,初步构建了电子传输的电阻模型并对不同情况下的电阻响应变化进行分析,探索了裂缝结构CNT/TPU应变敏感复合材料在拉伸和弯曲条件下的响应机理。(4)研究了该应变敏感复合材料的应用性,基于该复合材料组装的应变传感器能精确地检测到手机扬声器声音振动信号和钢尺振荡等物理振动信号,对手部抓握时的手背、手指、手腕、手肘关节弯曲运动,膝盖弯曲,手腕脉搏跳动以及喉部发声均能实时监测,展示其在智能设备、电子皮肤和可穿戴医疗监视器等方面的应用潜力。2、不同结构CNT/TPU压力敏感复合材料的制备及性能研究(1)本章将构造裂缝结构应用到制备高灵敏度压力敏感的CNT/TPU复合材料中。对CNT/TPU导电纤维膜进行不同方式的组装,结合聚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU)薄膜制备了两层结构CNT/TPU复合材料、两层裂缝结构CNT/TPU复合材料和三层结构CNT/TPU复合材料三种柔性压力敏感的复合材料。(2)研究了三种柔性压力敏感复合材料的形貌及结构组成特点,结合裂缝结构的简单导电原理图分析了两层裂缝结构CNT/TPU压力敏感复合材料在各种压缩条件下的电阻响应机制。(3)对比研究了两层裂缝结构CNT/TPU复合材料和三层结构CNT/TPU 复合材料在各种压缩条件下的电阻敏感响应,发现压力施加速率对两种复合材料的电阻响应信号输出没有影响,复合材料对不同的压力可显示不同的电阻响应变化信号,且具有较好的稳定性以及响应耐久性。特别地,两层裂缝结构CNT/TPU复合材料表现出较低的压力检测限,三层结构CNT/TPU 复合材料表现出更好的稳定性。这为其在智能显示终端设备中的应用提供了较好的实验依据。(4)研究了压力敏感复合材料的应用性,基于该复合材料组装了压力传感器,测试了压力传感器试样的接触角(116.011°)证明其具有一定的防水性能,探索了压力传感器在人体运动测试方面的应用,展现了该压力敏感复合材料在可穿戴器件及各种领域智能终端具有的广阔应用前景。
