作者莫毅,翟红云,谢彤(2019)在《一种CdZnTe探测器的制备电路系统设计与研究》一文中研究指出:为了研究CdZnTe核聚变探测过程中输出信号的特点,基于CZT工作特性及S-K低通滤波器理论,对电荷灵敏前置放大器电路进行仿真计算,搭建试验平台进行两级S-K滤波测试,得到核聚变信号滤波整形结果。试验结果表明电荷灵敏前置放大器仿真过程精度较高,两级S-K滤波器的滤波效果较好,具有高增益以及高信噪比优势,能够满足核聚变过程中探测能谱的高分辨率要求。

Abstract

wei le yan jiu CdZnTehe ju bian tan ce guo cheng zhong shu chu xin hao de te dian ,ji yu CZTgong zuo te xing ji S-Kdi tong lv bo qi li lun ,dui dian he ling min qian zhi fang da qi dian lu jin hang fang zhen ji suan ,da jian shi yan ping tai jin hang liang ji S-Klv bo ce shi ,de dao he ju bian xin hao lv bo zheng xing jie guo 。shi yan jie guo biao ming dian he ling min qian zhi fang da qi fang zhen guo cheng jing du jiao gao ,liang ji S-Klv bo qi de lv bo xiao guo jiao hao ,ju you gao zeng yi yi ji gao xin zao bi you shi ,neng gou man zu he ju bian guo cheng zhong tan ce neng pu de gao fen bian lv yao qiu 。
