作者张璟钰(2019)在《黄腐酸联合稳定剂对汞污染土壤修复的模拟应用研究》一文中研究指出:固化/稳定化修复是当前重金属土壤汞污染修复的主要技术,绿色修复药剂是其中的热点问题之一。本文以汞污染土壤为例,通过室内实验,探讨生化黄腐酸(BFA)及矿源黄腐酸(MFA),以及黄腐酸联合硫化钠(Na2S)、硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3)、六偏磷酸钠(Na6P6O18)三种稳定剂施加,对汞污染土壤修复效果的影响。主要结论如下:1.黄腐酸对汞污染土壤的修复作用(1)添加质量分数为5%的BFA对土壤汞污染修复效果显著优于添加质量分数为2%的BFA对土壤汞污染修复效果(p<0.05)。且添加BFA会使土壤整体表现为pH先降低再升高、土壤电导率呈现先升高再降低的趋势,培养第3d即可显著降低土壤汞浓度浸出值(p<0.05),对土壤汞形态表现为水溶态汞、铁锰氧化物结合态汞、残渣态汞降低,可交换态汞、碳酸盐结合态汞、有机结合态汞升高。(2)添加质量分数为5%的MFA对土壤汞污染修复效果优于添加质量分数为2%的MFA对土壤汞污染修复效果,但两者不具备显著差异性(p>0.05)。会使土壤整体表现为pH降低、土壤电导率呈现先升高再降低的趋势,培养第7d可显著降低土壤汞浓度浸出值(p<0.05),对土壤汞形态表现为水溶态汞、可交换态汞、碳酸盐结合态汞、有机结合态汞降低,铁锰氧化物结合态汞、残渣态汞升高。(3)添加BFA使得土壤浸出值降低速度比添加MFA快,添加BFA使得铁锰氧化物结合态汞含量降低,且土壤汞形态中有机结合态含量最高;添加MFA使得实验土壤铁锰氧化物结合态汞含量升高,且土壤汞形态中残渣态含量最高。2.黄腐酸联合稳定剂同时施加对汞污染土壤的修复作用(1)黄腐酸结合稳定剂施入比直接添加黄腐酸对土壤汞污染修复有积极影响,可显著降低土壤汞污染浓度浸出值(p<0.05)及促进土壤汞活跃态(水溶态、可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态)向稳定态(有机结合态、残渣态)转化。(2)BFA及MFA联合Na2S、Na6P6O18在培养周期内pH变化表现为先降低后增高的趋势,BFA及MFA联合Na2S2O3在培养周期内pH升高。BFA及MFA联合三种稳定剂在培养周期内均使土壤电导率升高。(3)BFA及MFA联合三种稳定剂对土壤汞污染修复效果在一定范围内均表现为随S(P)/Hg的增加而增加的趋势。总体而言S(P)/Hg=5时修复效果较好,但其中具体表现为BFA及MFA联合Na2S在S/Hg=10时土壤修复效果最好,BFA联合Na2S2O3在S/Hg=10对汞污染土壤修复效果起抑制作用。(4)BFA及MFA均在培养第7d对土壤浸出值达到最高稳定率,且BFA联合稳定剂对土壤汞浸出值稳定效果在培养周期内优于MFA联合稳定剂对土壤汞浸出值稳定效果。3.黄腐酸联合稳定剂顺序施加对汞污染土壤的修复作用(1)与黄腐酸联合稳定剂同时施入土壤相比,黄腐酸联合稳定剂顺序施入土壤对汞污染土壤修复效果总体上表现为缩短土壤汞浸出浓度最佳稳定时间,减少达到最佳稳定时间的稳定剂施入量。具体表现为,黄腐酸联合稳定剂顺序施加在培养第7d即稳定剂施加第4d时对土壤汞污染浸出值即具有较好的稳定效果,且稳定剂S(P)/Hg施加量显著低于黄腐酸与稳定剂同时施加状态(p<0.05)。(2)BFA联合Na2S在S/Hg=5对土壤汞污染修复效果最好,但BFA联合三种稳定剂对土壤汞污染修复效果与MFA联合三种稳定剂对土壤汞污染修复效果不存在显著差异(p>0.05)。(3)黄腐酸联合稳定剂顺序施入在培养周期结束时对土壤pH及电导率影响相比略大于黄腐酸联合稳定剂同时施入土壤pH及电导率变化,但不存在显著性差异(p>0.05)。
Abstract
