作者周玉龙(2019)在《混凝土力学性能的宏细观多尺度研究》一文中研究指出:论文实现了两种基于Abaqus的二次开发方法,求解器层次的Fortran语言汇编和前后处理层次的Python语言汇编,并进行相关算例验证。采用基于Fortran语言的UMAT子程序进行二次开发,编制了完全弹性模型、大变形弹塑性模型和随动线性运动硬化模型等宏观层面上的材料子程序,对三组不同尺寸的混凝土立方体试块进行了力学性能分析,数值计算结果符合相应理论推导,证明了本文针对UMAT子程序进行二次开发的三个宏观本构模型可以较为准确地模拟混凝土构件的宏观力学性能。宏观层面上某个点在细观层面上可以看作是无数周期性重复排列的三相单胞,因此选取合适的单胞单元,建立周期性边界条件,根据宏观某点处的应力-应变计算结果,计算出细观尺度下各子胞应力和应变值,结合均质化理论,将各子胞的应力应变进行平均,得到了破坏后的单胞应力和应变值。采用Abaqus软件建立了二维代表性体积单元,应用Python语言编制并施加周期性边界条件,然后进行了有限元计算,在计算过程中,单胞始终满足位移和应力边界条件,因此本文针对Abaqus二次开发的Python程序可以快捷添加单胞的周期性边界条件,完成细观单胞的力学性能分析。应用Abaqus软件提供的复合材料周期性单胞插件,生成了三维细观单胞。通过内嵌程序施加边界条件,将宏观层面上计算出的某点的应变转化为位移荷载施加在单胞模型上,进行细观单胞三维力学性能分析。对于不同尺寸的试块,无论拉伸还是压缩荷载,在相同的荷载下,构件尺寸越小,越容易破坏,但由于粗骨料的弹性模量较大,构件破坏时骨料的变形较小。对单胞中各个子胞进行均质化处理后进行力学性能分析,发现单胞的应变值与施加的应变曲线吻合程度较好,这也说明了本文所采用的方法能够考虑混凝土构件中不同构成材料的力学性能,能够对构件宏观层面上的破坏进行深入分析。
