作者杜闫(2019)在《凝胶-发泡法制备Al2O3及ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷的显微结构及性能研究》一文中研究指出:本文以Al2O3粉和ZrO2粉为原料,以天然提取物海藻酸钠为凝胶体系,以十二烷基磺酸钠为表面活性剂,采用凝胶-发泡法和无压烧结方法制备Al2O3多孔陶瓷以及ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷。采用旋转粘度计研究浆料的粘度,利用Waring lender搅拌法研究表面活性剂的起泡性和稳泡性,采用红外光谱仪分析研究海藻酸钠凝胶体系的固化机制,采用扫描电镜观察Al2O3多孔陶瓷以及ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷坯体和烧结体的显微组织结构;利用X射线衍射仪分析了陶瓷烧结体的物相组成;利用万能力学试验机测试多孔陶瓷坯体和烧结体的力学性能。分别研究了分散剂含量、pH值、固相含量、发泡剂含量以及ZrO2含量对浆料性能、坯体及烧结体显微结构与力学性能的影响,以及不同烧结温度对ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷的力学性能及显微组织结构的影响规律。实验结果表明,以海藻酸钠为有机单体制备Al2O3多孔陶瓷以及ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷时,海藻酸钠与二价阳离子(Ca2+)结合,形成三维网状结构,将陶瓷粉体以及泡沫原位固定实现多孔陶瓷的成型。MgO+TiO2烧结助剂使多孔陶瓷实现液相烧结,TiO2与Al2O3形成固溶体,促进烧结进程,MgO与Al2O3形成镁铝尖晶石(MgAl2O4),可抑制晶粒的异常长大,促进多孔陶瓷支撑体的致密化,改善材料的力学性能。Al2O3浆料的发泡性能和稳泡性能随发泡剂含量的增加先增大后减小。浆料的粘度随固相含量的增加而增大,随pH值的增大而减小,随分散剂含量的增加先减小后增大,并对发泡剂的起泡性和稳泡性、多孔陶瓷坯体及烧结体的气孔率、显微结构以及力学性能有影响。Al2O3多孔陶瓷坯体显微结构均匀,存在大量的通孔,气孔率随固相含量及发泡剂含量的升高先增大后减小,抗压强度先减小后增大。Al2O3多孔陶瓷烧结体中存在结构均匀的开气孔,孔支撑体结构均匀致密,保证多孔陶瓷的强度。在固相含量为25 vol.%、发泡剂含量为3.0 wt.%、分散剂含量为0.4 wt.%、pH值为12条件下,Al2O3多孔陶瓷的气孔率最大。ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷的制备中,随着ZrO2含量的增加,浆料的粘度增大,坯体的气孔率减小,抗压强度增大,烧结体收缩率减小。随烧结温度的升高,陶瓷的收缩率增大,气孔率明显减小。固相含量为25 vol.%、ZrO2含量为15 wt.%、烧结温度为1350℃时,ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷的气孔率和强度达到最优值。与Al2O3多孔陶瓷相比,ZrO2/Al2O3多孔陶瓷气孔率减小,但抗压强度和抗热震性能明显提升。
