作者赵丽东(2019)在《多层衍射光学设计理论和应用研究》一文中研究指出:衍射光学元件作为微光学领域的重要组成部分,是现代光学工程领域的前沿课题。其所具有的任意位相分布、独特色散特性以及温度特性,形成了一种新型的折/衍混合式成像光学系统。衍射光学元件是解决光学系统中一些具有挑战性问题的应用工具。近些年,多层衍射光学元件的设计理论和加工技术方面有了很大的进展。但是,在宽波段范围、光束倾斜入射时,衍射光学元件还存在着衍射效率严重下降的问题,从而造成混合式光学系统成像质量的下降。目前,还没有以入射角度范围为出发点设计多层衍射光学元件的理论及方法。另外,加工误差、表面粗糙度也会对光学系统成像质量造成影响。本文的主要工作有:主要针对视场角度范围内轴上光束,轴外光束与衍射光学元件的表面形成不同角度的综合考量,提出了角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率的概念及建立相应的数学分析模型,给出了基于角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率优化设计方法及评价依据;同时研究了加工误差、表面粗糙度对衍射光学元件衍射特性的影响,得到了不同工作指标下,衍射效率及角度-带宽积分衍射效率、带宽积分平均衍射效率等衍射特性的变化规律;基于衍射光学元件的特殊色散性质设计了一款应用于宽波段具有高衍射效率的折衍混合式监控镜头。本文的研究工作实现了一条衍射光学元件从设计到加工再到应用的完整研究路线。首先以光波的标量衍射理论为基础,对不同类型的衍射光学元件的衍射效率进行系统深入的研究。通过对多级位相光栅的衍射效率讨论,分析出了具有连续面型的单层及多层衍射光学元件的衍射效率;提供了衍射光学元件设计波长的选取方法,揭示了设计波长与衍射效率和带宽积分平均衍射效率的关系;分析了成像衍射光学元件的色散特性、温度特性及三级像差特性等特殊成像性质;同时采用拓展标量衍射理论对衍射光学元件的微结构高度进行优化设计。衍射光学元件在一定工作波段及入射角范围内存在衍射效率迅速下降的问题,为解决该问题,首次提出了角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率这一概念,给出了单层衍射光学元件设计的备选方法,多层衍射光学元件的优化设计方法,研究了工作波段及入射角度范围对单层、多层衍射光学元件衍射特性的影响。通过建立该影响下的单层、多层衍射光学元件衍射效率的数学分析模型及表述形式,并设计实例分析,结果表明:该方法解决了宽波段、大入射角范围衍射效率急剧下降的问题,实现了在宽波段、大入射角度范围内的高衍射效率衍射光学元件的优化设计。针对加工误差造成折衍混合光学系统成像质量下降的问题,本文研究了加工误差对角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率的影响。基于位相延迟表达式及角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率的基本理论,建立了加工误差对单层、多层衍射元件角度带-宽积分平均衍射效率影响的数学分析模型,并给出相应表达形式,分别分析了加工误差对光束垂直入射及倾斜入射时衍射光学元件的角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率的影响。揭示了不同加工误差情形下,角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率的变化规律。研究了衍射元件表面粗糙度对衍射特性带来的影响。表面粗糙度会带来衍射微结构位相的变化,从而降低了设计波长处的衍射效率。本文通过建立表面粗糙度对单层、多层衍射光学元件衍射特性的数学分析模型,推导出该影响下的衍射效率、带宽积分平均衍射效率表达式,通过在可见光波段和红外波段设计实例,研究分析了表面粗糙度对衍射效率和带宽积分平均衍射效率带来的影响。该分析方法可以用于定量分析实际加工的折/衍混合光学系统的像质下降问题。以折衍混合光学系统应用于监控镜头为例,采用角度-带宽积分平均衍射效率最大化方法对其多层衍射光学元件进行优化设计,并定量分析了加工误差、表面粗糙度对该系统像质的影响。
