作者李晓贤(2019)在《磁力轮式塑料温室棚顶清洗机的设计与研究》一文中研究指出:塑料温室作为现代设施农业的重要组成部分,能满足人们对跨季节、跨地区的高品质、高产量农产品的需求,但由于温室长期处于风吹日晒的自然环境中,投入使用2至3年后,棚膜上会附着一层由灰尘、青苔等组成的混合物,导致棚顶薄膜透光率降低,从而影响温室内农作物的生长,造成产量和质量下降,因此需要定期对温室棚顶进行清洗,而现有又没有合适的清洗设备,所以主要还是依靠人工清洗,但人工清洗存在成本高、效率低、危险系数高和清洗不彻底等问题。本文针对我国南方普遍使用的带有遮阳网的连栋式塑料温室棚顶清洗困难的问题,通过分析国内外研究现状,针对棚顶覆盖的薄膜不能作为着力点且搭建温室棚顶的钢骨架为圆弧形,提出了一种磁力轮式塑料温室棚顶清洗机的设计方案。本文对清洗机的整体机械结构和控制系统进行了设计,首先设计了多自由度磁力轮行走机构和自适应毛刷清洗机构,多自由度磁力轮行走机构包括左右两侧各两个由行走电机驱动的磁力轮和多自由度行走机构,自适应毛刷清洗机构包括8个由清洗电机驱动的圆盘毛刷和平行四边形自适应机构;其次通过简化磁力轮模型进行受力分析得到磁力轮所需的驱动力和行走电机的参数,通过理论分析计算磁路的磁阻和使用ANSYS仿真磁力轮的磁通密度和磁力,设计磁力轮的具体结构和尺寸参数:每个磁力轮由两个对称布置的左半磁轮和右半磁轮(即左右半磁力轮)组成,左右半磁轮的形状与拱形钢骨架圆管的弧形相适应,当永磁体小端直径即磁力轮直径为44mm、宽度为24mm、内径为20mm,包覆角为45°时,轴向充磁时能提供62.34N的磁力,保证清洗机稳定行走在直径为40mm的拱形钢骨架上;再次完成了控制系统的硬件电路设计和软件程序设计,采用PIC18F46K22作为主控芯片,通过DRV8412双H桥电机驱动芯片控制四个直流减速行走电机,通过IGBT来控制8个清洗电机的工作,并通过采样电阻实时检测清洗电流,通过控制板上的开关来控制清洗机的行走和清洗工作,软件程序设计主要有初始化、检测电池是否欠压、设定行走电机和清洗电机转速、清洗电机和行走电机过流检测、清洗操作及工作指示报警灯程序;把清洗机放在试验平台上试验调试,并将评价清洗效果的透光率、评价工作效率的耗时量和评价工作所需水量的耗水量统一量纲后取相应权重值作为综合评价指标用来评价清洗作业工作,应用正交试验选取影响清洗工作的主要因子:单个圆盘毛刷组件重量、行走速度、毛刷转速和喷水量,最后现场试验验证磁力轮在温室棚顶拱形钢骨架不同弦切角下的行走稳定性和清洗机的清洗效果。试验结果表明:本文设计的磁力轮式塑料温室棚顶清洗机能够实现预期的设计功能,人员将清洗机置于天沟侧的拱形钢骨架上,通过控制板上的开关控制清洗机在温室棚顶拱形钢骨架不同的弦切角下可以平稳地行走和清洗;调整单个毛刷组件重量为0.5kg和喷水量为6L/min,匹配行走速度为3.5m/min和毛刷转速为115r/min时清洗机的清洗工作效果最好;设计的清洗机在清洗工作影响因子的最优组合下进行实地试验,进过清洗后塑料温室棚顶的透光率由清洗前的20%~35%提高到清洗后的80%以上,清洗效果良好,系统工作可靠稳定。
