姜田贵[1](2009)在《矩阵变换器驱动永磁方波电动机控制策略研究》一文中研究指出本文将矩阵变换器用于驱动永磁方波电动机,实现对永磁方波电动机的交-交直接控制,为永磁方波电动机变频调速提供新的解决途径。利用矩阵变换器驱动永磁方波电动机,可以克服传统交-直-交电压源型逆变器(VSI)存在的输入电流畸变严重、谐波大、输入功率因数低、难以实现能量双向流动等缺点,有效减少网侧电力谐波,防治“电力公害”。矩阵变换器的“全硅组成”拓扑结构可以延长变换器寿命,有利于电机与驱动系统的集成。本文首先介绍了矩阵变换器以及永磁方波电动机的基本原理,然后针对永磁方波电动机反电势为梯形波、相电流为方波的特点,基于矩阵变换器交-直-交等效模型,提出两种新的用于驱动永磁方波电动机的矩阵变换器调制策略。文中对两种调制策略下虚拟整流和虚拟逆变的调制方法进行了详细的理论分析与数学推导,并讨论了虚拟整流和虚拟逆变两级调制方法的综合过程,将其演化得到常规九开关矩阵变换器驱动永磁方波电动机实现交-交变频调速的控制策略。为提高系统调速性能,本文提出了矩阵变换器驱动永磁方波电动机调速系统的闭环控制方案。以调制比为中间变量,通过对调制比的修正及时调整变换器的输出电压,实现转速的准确跟踪。文中建立了系统的MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真模型,对所提闭环控制策略进行了仿真研究,验证了控制策略的有效性。并在仿真基础上利用实验平台实现了系统的闭环运行,通过实验进一步验证了本文所提控制策略。实验结果表明系统能够实现基频以上和基频下的变频输出,输出方波电流的同时能够实现输入电流正弦化。本文最后讨论了矩阵变换器的实现技术,构建了以数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为控制系统核心、以分立IGBT共射极联接构成的双向开关为功率器件的矩阵变换器-永磁方波电动机调速系统实验平台。文中详细介绍了系统的硬件构成与软件设计,为矩阵变换器的进一步实用化研究提供了一定的技术基础。(本文来源于《南京航空航天大学》期刊2009-03-01)

We are the first in China to propose square - wave REPM BLDCM for Chinese missile actuator.We found it necessary to desisn such square - wave motor with a method different from traditional ones. Traditionai methods for designing permanent - msanet BLDCM are based on sinusoidal gap magnetic density distribution and sinusoidal winding back EMF(electromotive force). They are not suitable for REPM square - wave motor which has square gap magnetic density distribution and trapezoidal winding back EMF. Table 1 gives for comparison the design formulas of inductive potential, armature current, electromagnetic torque, and no - load speed of REPM square - wave motor and of traditional permanent magnet BLDCM respectively. It is important to note that the elechromagnetic torque coefficient of REPM square - wave motor is about 5% higher than that of traditional BLDCM.We developed a prototroe of REPM square - wave motor. Its specifiations are: rated power = 30W, rated D. C. voltage = 48V, rated speed = 1000r/min. Its operation pattern is star - form three - phase six - state.Fig.1a shows test curves relating current I and efficiency n to output torque T respectively. Fig. 1b shows test curves relating input power P1 tal output power P2 to T respectively. The desisn error of rated torque is within 1. 7%. The prototype also achieves 17 500r/s2 starting acceleration and 0. 154 W/g power density and thus actuator performance is improved.
