作者刘晓(2019)在《基于蜂窝状微孔改性涤纶纤维的单向导湿面料的开发与评价研究》一文中研究指出:本文主要研究了蜂窝状微孔改性涤纶纤维的宏观和微观结构以及吸湿导湿性能,并根据液态水在织物中的传导机理研发了新型单向导湿测试仪器及评价方法,然后结合多种针织物的吸湿性数据进行分析总结,讨论最佳单向导湿织物的开发方案,最终以蜂窝纤维为原料织造了蜂窝涤纶盖丙纶高性能吸湿速干面料。蜂窝状微孔改性涤纶纤维是一种新型功能性纤维,生产过程中在PET的基础上加入了磺酸基团和聚乙二醇醚,由此得到具有初步微孔结构趋势的涤纶改性切片,进而通过高温闪爆纺丝技术得到蜂窝状微孔改性涤纶纤维。对蜂窝纤维的表观形态,聚集态结构及吸湿导湿性能进行测试分析,并与普通涤纶纤维和异形涤纶纤维进行对比可知:纤维的表面及截面随机分布着大小不一的菱形沟槽,这些孔隙增加了纤维的比表面积和粗糙度,同时磺酸基团和聚乙二醇柔性链段的加入,使蜂窝纤维具备了优异的吸湿和快干性能。此外,改性后的蜂窝纤维断裂伸长率明显提升,初始模量有所下降,其织物的柔韧性、悬垂性和耐疲劳性也相应提升,但是纤维的断裂强力有所下降,增加了对蜂窝纤维加工性能的要求。本文参考纵向芯吸的力学测试方法,自制实验仪器-织物横向芯吸测试仪,利用表面力学原理,测试织物正反两面接触液体的一瞬间由毛细作用产生的芯吸压力,计算正反两面的芯吸压力差,结合芯吸曲线,表征织物厚度方向上液态水的传递性能。并通过对多种针织物的液态水分管理和横向芯吸的测试结果进行对比分析,获得一套全新的针织物单向导湿性能评价方法。根据前期的单向导湿针织物的测试与评价方法,用常规蜂窝纤维/Lyocell纤维/涤纶长丝60/20/20 45S和丙纶71S进行交织,开发了一种新型蜂窝涤纶盖丙纶双面罗纹针织物,使汗液可以快速从里层丙纶面传递到外层蜂窝涤纶面而扩散蒸发,达到优异的吸湿速干效果。
