作者孔平平(2019)在《焦炉加热燃烧过程在线优化控制方法研究》一文中研究指出:焦炉是重要的冶金用热工设备,结构复杂,加热燃烧过程更是复杂的物理化学反应过程,有大惯性、纯滞后、时变性和非线性等特性。焦炉火道温度更是焦炉生产过程控制的重要参数之一,火道温度是否稳定直接影响着焦炭质量与生产成本。而生产过程受生产环境好坏、生产原料质量优良及检测设备先进与否等多种因素的制约,这使得提高焦炭质量、降低能耗、节约生产成本、保护环境等问题一直是焦化行业的关注的重点。针对焦炉加热燃烧过程难以建立数学模型的问题,提出以焦炉火道温度为控制目标,以S-T模糊模型为基础,选择固定焦炉煤气,调节高炉煤气和固定高炉煤气,调节焦炉煤气,焦炉机侧的火道温度两种工况为例,构建焦炉加热燃烧过程数学模型。对模型的前后件分开辨识,前件采用模糊-C均值聚类算法进行辨识,后件采用最小二乘法进行辨识。由于模糊-C均值聚类算法聚类效果差、初始聚类数目设定敏感、迭代时易陷入局部极值等不足,结合减法聚类算法聚类效果好、训练速度快等优点,采用减法聚类算法与模糊-C均值聚类算法结合对S-T模糊模型的前件进行辨识。由于后件辨识精度小,采用最小二乘法对模型的后件进行辨识。本文根据得到S-T模糊模型,通过模糊PID控制算法来实现对焦炉火道温度的控制,由于模糊PID控制算法寻优速度慢、控制精度低等缺点,结合差分进化算法寻优能力强,稳定性好等优点,引入差分进化算法与模糊PID控制算法结合进行优化控制。仿真结果表明,在两种工况下,S-T模糊模型均方根误差小,模型稳定性高,拟合度高。在此基础上,差分进化改进模糊PID控制算法的响应时间短,超调量小,基于S-T模糊模型差分进化改进模糊PID控制算法能够有效的控制焦炉火道温度,并很好的降低了炼焦能耗,满足工艺要求。该研究不仅为焦炉火道温度控制系统提供了可靠的数学模型,还为焦化行业提供了优化控制算法。为实现了节能目标的焦炉加热燃烧过程优化控制提供有效的解决方案,为炼焦行业高效低耗生产提供了理论依据。
