作者蒋敏(2019)在《寄主植物挥发物对莲草直胸跳甲趋性行为和生长繁殖的影响》一文中研究指出:植物挥发物在植物与昆虫的相互作用间起着重要作用。莲草直胸跳甲作为空心莲子草的专食性天敌,主要通过嗅觉感受器利用寄主植物释放的挥发物进行寻找、识别,从而达到取食的目的。本文通过研究不同处理的空心莲子草的挥发物成分,及其芳香性挥发物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和水杨酸甲酯对莲草直胸跳甲生物活性和趋性行为以及生长繁殖的影响,明确了单一挥发物对莲草直胸跳甲的作用。其主要研究结果如下:(1)不同处理的空心莲子草挥发物本研究采用固相微萃取的方法,利用GC-MS-MS对不同处理的空心莲子草挥发物进行测定。结果显示:在处理1、6、12、24、48 h后,健康无损害的空心莲子草共释放41种化合物,且在处理12 h后释放的挥发物种类最多;机械损伤后所释放的挥发物共检测出17种,且在损伤1 h后所释放的挥发物最多;1龄幼虫取食后共释放挥发物28种,且在取食处理24 h后测得了最多的挥发物成分;2龄幼虫取食为害后共释放挥发物43种,其中在取食处理48 h后释放的挥发物最多;3龄幼虫为害后,相比其他处理,释放出最多的挥发物,共74种,其中检测到最多挥发物成分的时间是取食24 h后;雌成虫取食后,空心莲子草共释放出28种化合物,且释放挥发物成分最多的时间是取食12 h和24 h后,但挥发物的成分及含量有差异;雄成虫取食后,空心莲子草共释放出28种挥发物,其中检测出最多化合物的时间为取食12 h和48 h,但挥发物的成分及含量有差异。(2)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和水杨酸甲酯对莲草直胸跳甲的生物活性和趋性行为影响本研究选择两种芳香挥发物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和水杨酸甲酯,测定了其对莲草直胸跳甲2龄幼虫和成虫的活性影响以及不同浓度对莲草直胸跳甲雌、雄成虫的趋性行为影响。最终测得邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对莲草直胸跳甲2龄幼虫和成虫的亚致死计量LD10、LD20和LD50分别为0.7μmol/m L、0.9μmol/m L、1.2μmol/m L和1.7μmol/m L、2.9μmol/m L、8.0μmol/m L;水杨酸甲酯对莲草直胸跳甲2龄幼虫和成虫的亚致死计量LD10、LD20和LD50分别为0.8μmol/m L、1.2μmol/m L、2.2μmol/m L和2.9μmol/m L、4.1μmol/m L、7.9μmol/m L。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯稀释100后,对莲草直胸跳甲雌、雄成虫均具有显著的忌避作用,原药及稀释1000后,均无显著影响;而水杨酸甲酯只有在原药时对雌成虫有忌避作用,其他浓度无显著影响,雄成虫对三种浓度均无显著反应。(3)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和水杨酸甲酯对莲草直胸跳甲生长繁殖的影响本研究建立了取食不同浓度邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和水杨酸甲酯浸液处理的空心莲子草后,莲草直胸跳甲的种群生命表。结果表明:相比对照组,莲草直胸跳甲在0.71μmol/m L邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的影响下,发育历期延长且差异显著,雌、雄成虫及总虫寿命以及雌虫产卵期和产卵量均有延长但无差异;而在1.75μmol/m L浓度影响下,莲草直胸跳甲发育历期延长且差异显著,雌、雄成虫以及雌虫产卵期和产卵量均有延长但无差异,但总虫寿命缩短且差异显著。相比对照组,莲草直胸跳甲在0.82μmol/m L水杨酸甲酯的影响下,发育历期缩短且差异显著,雌、雄成虫及总虫寿命以及雌虫产卵期和产卵量均缩短但无差异;而在0.82μmol/m L水杨酸甲酯浓度影响下,莲草直胸跳甲发育历期无显著差异,总虫、雌、雄成虫以及雌虫产卵期均缩短但无差异,产卵量增加。本文通过研究寄主植物特异性挥发物对莲草直胸跳甲趋性行为和生长繁殖的影响,探索食性专一的植食性昆虫对其寄主的选择关系,有利于今后生物防治领域中寄主专一性测定的理论与实践,有助于阐明昆虫与植物之间的协同进化关系,对杂草生物防治具有较好的指导意义。
