作者徐丛云(2019)在《报春花属(Primula L.)毛茛叶报春组花粉形态变异及其系统分类学意义》一文中研究指出:毛茛叶报春组(Sect.Ranunculoides Chen et C.M.Hu)隶属报春花科报春花属,是重要的花卉种质资源。论文以居群为单位对毛茛叶报春组的花粉形态进行研究,并结合ITS序列构建的系统发育树探讨该组花粉形态变异的规律及其系统分类学意义。主要结果如下:1.毛茛叶报春组花粉形态变异毛茛叶报春组花粉形态根据萌发孔的类型可以分为散孔型、多沟型及孔沟结合型三种类型。安徽羽叶报春因花瓣先端圆形与同组的其它物种区别明显,遗传上也构成一个独立分支,但它具有散孔型和多沟型两种类型的花粉,其中位于秋浦河流域的11个居群均为多沟型花粉,其它居群均为散孔型花粉,且花粉形态居群内稳定。其具多沟型花粉与散孔型花粉的居群在遗传上也存在明显的分化。因此花粉形态显示安徽羽叶报春是一个包含两个(以上)物种的复合体。另外位于浙江省富阳市东山村(DSC)居群的花粉大小及萌发孔孔径与其他散孔型居群不同,也可以预示着它已分化形成独立物种。位于千岛湖北部的存疑种A在叶形态上及花冠形态上与堇叶报春相似,两者在遗传上也聚为一支,但前者为异型花(花序2-3层)与后者具同型花(花序一层)有明显区别。两者在花粉形态上也很相似,均具散孔型、孔沟结合型和多沟型花粉,且居群内部有较大的变异,因此在花粉形态暂无法区别两者是独立的物种还是同一物种的两种花型变异。九宫山羽叶报春、存疑种B、存疑种C及毛茛叶报春聚为一支,分布区也有一定重叠,但毛茛叶报春为多沟型花粉,而九宫山羽叶报春为散孔型花粉,且两者在种内(居群内)稳定,再加上它们在遗传上有明显的分化,因此花粉形态支持九宫山羽叶报春为一独立的物种。存疑种B在形态上及花粉形态上与存疑种C和九宫山羽叶报春相似,但前者为同型花与后两者异型花区别明显,从花粉形态上暂无法对其分类进行进一步处理。综上所述,毛茛叶报春组花粉萌发器类型(多沟和散孔)经历了多次起源和平行演化,具有较高的物种分类价值。2.同型花和异型花花粉大小的差异安徽羽叶报春(复合体)的部分居群(如QD和TL等)柱头和花药都在花冠筒的中部或口部,疑似长柱同型或短柱同型。花粉大小研究显示疑似长柱同型的花粉大小与短柱花(S)的花粉大小相近,明显大于疑似短柱同型花的花粉大小小,而后者与长柱花(L)的花粉大小相似。因此在花粉大小上支持安徽羽叶报春(复合体)存在四种典型的花型,即长柱型,短柱型,长柱同型和短柱同型。

mao gen xie bao chun zu (Sect.Ranunculoides Chen et C.M.Hu)li shu bao chun hua ke bao chun hua shu ,shi chong yao de hua hui chong zhi zi yuan 。lun wen yi ju qun wei chan wei dui mao gen xie bao chun zu de hua fen xing tai jin hang yan jiu ,bing jie ge ITSxu lie gou jian de ji tong fa yo shu tan tao gai zu hua fen xing tai bian yi de gui lv ji ji ji tong fen lei xue yi yi 。zhu yao jie guo ru xia :1.mao gen xie bao chun zu hua fen xing tai bian yi mao gen xie bao chun zu hua fen xing tai gen ju meng fa kong de lei xing ke yi fen wei san kong xing 、duo gou xing ji kong gou jie ge xing san chong lei xing 。an hui yu xie bao chun yin hua ban xian duan yuan xing yu tong zu de ji ta wu chong ou bie ming xian ,wei chuan shang ye gou cheng yi ge du li fen zhi ,dan ta ju you san kong xing he duo gou xing liang chong lei xing de hua fen ,ji zhong wei yu qiu pu he liu yu de 11ge ju qun jun wei duo gou xing hua fen ,ji ta ju qun jun wei san kong xing hua fen ,ju hua fen xing tai ju qun nei wen ding 。ji ju duo gou xing hua fen yu san kong xing hua fen de ju qun zai wei chuan shang ye cun zai ming xian de fen hua 。yin ci hua fen xing tai xian shi an hui yu xie bao chun shi yi ge bao han liang ge (yi shang )wu chong de fu ge ti 。ling wai wei yu zhe jiang sheng fu yang shi dong shan cun (DSC)ju qun de hua fen da xiao ji meng fa kong kong jing yu ji ta san kong xing ju qun bu tong ,ye ke yi yu shi zhao ta yi fen hua xing cheng du li wu chong 。wei yu qian dao hu bei bu de cun yi chong Azai xie xing tai shang ji hua guan xing tai shang yu jin xie bao chun xiang shi ,liang zhe zai wei chuan shang ye ju wei yi zhi ,dan qian zhe wei yi xing hua (hua xu 2-3ceng )yu hou zhe ju tong xing hua (hua xu yi ceng )you ming xian ou bie 。liang zhe zai hua fen xing tai shang ye hen xiang shi ,jun ju san kong xing 、kong gou jie ge xing he duo gou xing hua fen ,ju ju qun nei bu you jiao da de bian yi ,yin ci zai hua fen xing tai zan mo fa ou bie liang zhe shi du li de wu chong hai shi tong yi wu chong de liang chong hua xing bian yi 。jiu gong shan yu xie bao chun 、cun yi chong B、cun yi chong Cji mao gen xie bao chun ju wei yi zhi ,fen bu ou ye you yi ding chong die ,dan mao gen xie bao chun wei duo gou xing hua fen ,er jiu gong shan yu xie bao chun wei san kong xing hua fen ,ju liang zhe zai chong nei (ju qun nei )wen ding ,zai jia shang ta men zai wei chuan shang you ming xian de fen hua ,yin ci hua fen xing tai zhi chi jiu gong shan yu xie bao chun wei yi du li de wu chong 。cun yi chong Bzai xing tai shang ji hua fen xing tai shang yu cun yi chong Che jiu gong shan yu xie bao chun xiang shi ,dan qian zhe wei tong xing hua yu hou liang zhe yi xing hua ou bie ming xian ,cong hua fen xing tai shang zan mo fa dui ji fen lei jin hang jin yi bu chu li 。zeng shang suo shu ,mao gen xie bao chun zu hua fen meng fa qi lei xing (duo gou he san kong )jing li le duo ci qi yuan he ping hang yan hua ,ju you jiao gao de wu chong fen lei jia zhi 。2.tong xing hua he yi xing hua hua fen da xiao de cha yi an hui yu xie bao chun (fu ge ti )de bu fen ju qun (ru QDhe TLdeng )zhu tou he hua yao dou zai hua guan tong de zhong bu huo kou bu ,yi shi chang zhu tong xing huo duan zhu tong xing 。hua fen da xiao yan jiu xian shi yi shi chang zhu tong xing de hua fen da xiao yu duan zhu hua (S)de hua fen da xiao xiang jin ,ming xian da yu yi shi duan zhu tong xing hua de hua fen da xiao xiao ,er hou zhe yu chang zhu hua (L)de hua fen da xiao xiang shi 。yin ci zai hua fen da xiao shang zhi chi an hui yu xie bao chun (fu ge ti )cun zai si chong dian xing de hua xing ,ji chang zhu xing ,duan zhu xing ,chang zhu tong xing he duan zhu tong xing 。
