作者杨宁(2019)在《持液流化床中喷嘴雾化及颗粒团聚特性研究》一文中研究指出:中国天然气资源匮乏,原油普遍偏重,多年来一直希望将重质油直接作为低碳烯烃生产的裂解原料。伴随着石油加工技术提升和石油价格的上涨,超重质油和重质油在将来原油资源中供应增长是必然趋势,劣质原油的加工及高效利用成为我国面临的主要问题。流化焦化反应工艺以重质沥青烃为原料液,通过喷嘴以蒸汽的形式进行雾化并注入装有热态焦炭的流化床中,液相以非连续相的形式引入气固流化床。对于具有较高粘度的重质原料液体而言,喷嘴技术是进料技术的核心,雾化质量的优劣直接影响到原料液与焦炭颗粒接触的充分程度、反应效率、稳定性等,并且持液操作将显著影响流化床中焦炭颗粒的流体力学行为及流化稳定性,但液相的具体作用尚不明确,若引起颗粒的团聚,会导致床层崩塌,生产被迫停止。因此,为了提高裂化反应速率,降低反应所需的能耗,在保证进料喷嘴良好雾化质量的前提下,研究液相是如何影响气固流化床反应器中的流体力学行为及团聚结构流化稳定性具有重大理论意义和工业价值。本文围绕持液流化床喷嘴结构改进及雾化质量优化、持液流化床流体动力学多层次表征、和团聚结构检测识别及其离散破碎开展如下四个方面的研究工作:首先,选取工业中常用的两种类型喷嘴作为研究对象,采用重量分析法测量了持液流化床内团聚结构的尺寸分布特性,有效表征了不同类型喷嘴的射流混合效果;通过改进喷嘴上游混合器结构,消除了喷嘴雾化过程的液体脉动现象;加装气罩装置将雾化液滴推向射流外围,结合固体夹带装置创造的紊流环境促进了周向颗粒与液滴的充分混合;利用冲击锥体结构的圆锥体障碍物离散中心区域的雾化液滴,结合气罩装置产生气体空间有效抑制了射流液滴的再次聚合以及压缩。然后,在逐步提高液体含量的过程中,制造不同团聚结构流化状态,通过摄像法对持液流化床内气泡的形态及其向沟流转变的全过程进行了细致的观察与分析;结合压力信号测量技术,采用压力脉动信号标准差方法,有效的判断了持液流化床内颗粒的团聚、沟流等不良流化状态;从算法原理出发,综合利用功率谱分析、小波分析、相干分析和递归分析等信息处理技术从多层次建立适合表征持液流化床气泡行为的方法,揭示了流化床内气泡的增长、运动和数量随液体含量增加的变化规律。再后,选用水-沙系统模拟热态沥青-焦炭系统,通过连续的工质雾化实验,基于电导信号法测量雾化喷嘴注入多粘度液体的电导信号随射流时间的变化规律,研究多粘度液体注入过程雾化液滴与颗粒表面的接触效果;通过与空白实验(无粘实验)结果进行对比,研究液体粘度在不同气液比与气速条件下对于颗粒团聚特性的影响;在线监测不同流化阶段液体射流在床层进行扩散过程的颗粒团聚现象,为多粘度液体注入过程颗粒团聚现象的在线监测提供了一种新方法,确保了持液流化床内雾化液滴与颗粒表面的良好接触;最后,控制流化气速使团聚结构经历非破碎区域、过渡区域到完全破碎区域,团聚破坏方式从破碎阶段逐渐转变为磨损阶段;回收床料并测定团聚结构破碎程度,研究了液体含量、流化气速、液体浓度、初始团聚结构尺寸和颗粒润湿程度对于团聚结构破碎和磨损的影响;比较并分析了硅砂-糖水溶液系统以及焦炭-重质沥青液系统的团聚稳定性;确定了团聚结构破坏机制的主导因素,为团聚结构破碎和磨损行为的深入研究提供了重要理论基础。
