作者王福志,苏方旭,刘广丰(2019)在《某GDI发动机早燃超级爆震控制策略试验研究》一文中研究指出:发动机爆震信号可用于监测发动机普通爆震情况,而通过滤波和窗口调整处理的爆震信号可用于对早燃超级爆震情况进行判断。缸内压力传感器可用于对爆震信号进行标定,采用标定后的爆震信号监测发动机早燃超级爆震,研究喷油和气门正时策略对早燃超级爆震的影响。研究结果表明,喷油策略对早燃超级爆震和碳烟颗粒排放物的影响规律基本相同。扫气在降低残余废气的同时,可降低早燃超级爆震倾向。在一定范围内,提前第1次喷油时刻,推迟第2次喷油时刻,并适当降低第2次喷油比例,可改善燃油雾化,减少燃油撞壁,同时可利用燃油蒸发吸热降低缸内温度,提高进气充量,减少早燃超级爆震。进气门提前开启,排气门适当滞后关闭,增加扫气效果,并适当加浓混合气,早燃超级爆震敏感性降低。采用爆震传感器监测早燃超级爆震,优化后的策略能在催化器温度不超温的前提下显著降低发动机早燃超级爆震。
